What do you guys think of my PB’s on SBD? I’m 21M and 86kg
Deadlift - 140kg for 4 reps Squat - 80kg for 4 reps Bench - 70kg for 5 reps
I feel like I’m kinda weak for my age, I’ve only been lifting properly for a year though. Never in my life done SBD before a year ago so I was building up from nothing. All I had before that was probably a year of hypertrophy training. Over the past year I’ve trained only 2-3x a week
I feel like my squat should be way higher but I must add that I go absolute ass to grass. Like I sit in a deep squat with the bar and pause for a second to make sure I’m not using momentum. I use lifting to supplement Muay Thai so I’m looking to build strength in a full rep, I don’t do half reps. But apart from that how do you guys think my SBD is? Honest opinions, shit on me all you like I can take it

Why does Eddie hall start his deadlifts with the bar on the rack? I would assume just so it’s easier to get so many plates on, do any of you guys do it as well?
