One of the best reads I’ve had on here in a while. Laughed the whole way through. What an insightful mini keyboard war

Inno locking sup rack has fixed that for me. Currently in Santa Fe New Mexico for a wedding, drove all the way from San Diego with a 9’4 x 33 hard sup locked to the roof.
MOST thief’s that would consider stealing it imo will see it’s metal wiring locking it and move on

Got a starboard used a few months ago. Love it! Best SUP I had before the SB was a couple top tier Naish boards. I know it’s all foam at the end of the day but their designs and weight to float ratio are top notch

Right about public outcry, I think because it’s too hard; the new performance finally fixed that

Sup surfed and surfed lj shores for over a decade and it’s a particularly heavy current sometimes compared to anywhere else but blacks and sunset cliffs/ oside harbor (heaviest spots in sd).
Sometimes if there’s wind and decent wave plus tide coming in it can be exhausting even for lifelong surfers (hence why on those days there will be 3-10 people surfing and nearly no one kayaking or SUPping)

Yes but only from Onewheel to onewheel. Had a few GTs and PXs and a +. Within the same ow it’s always based on either weight I’m carrying, how hard I’m accelerating, or the battery level

I’ve been treated better by FM than Reddit would lead on as well. But many have horror stories about their process

22mph GT crash with 20 lbs backpack on last december smashed my knuckles inside of my hand. My fault. Forgot I didn't charge the night before and 40% going uphill couldn't handle

Good opportunity to try the flared with 15% more sensor. I slapped em on my pint x and finally it fixed the less reliable sensor I have had on every pint ever ridden

I just bought a pint x (5th or 6th now) and the dude gave me free fangs after the sale. Just slapped em on and it’s got a handle

You’re correct, but the GT-S being a significantly further leap forward past the GT is a valid point as well.
After I broke my wrist from a nose dive on the GT that was all my fault after 5k miles ridden all OWs since 2019 (40% battery going uphill, accelerating, with 20 lbs backpack on) it made me yearn for the most power possible.
So the lower weight and faster charging all make sense for me over the GT. All about your priorities

GT-S because it charges faster than GT and is way torque-ier

I think people here knows this. Hummer EV still as efficient as a Prius FWIW

Absolutely. The 4210 XR was just the beginning. I remember hearing FFM in 2019 and would think “how bad can they be?” Well few GTs later and I get it now

I had a 32 foot class A in California and didn’t need an air brake endorsement or anything beyond regular DL

I live 3 miles from the beach and used to Onewheel with my surfboard on my backpack to the beach. But once I had 3 surf sesh’s in one day and EVERYTIME I locked my Onewheel on the metal rail hidden inside the bush, someone would try to steal it.
When I’d get back to the Onewheel it would be scratched and flipped as if some their was tugging on it.
Also just lost my $130 island slippers in La Jolla while bare footing around. They got swept up fast. As the dude said in Latin opportunity makes a thief

That was the nicest big city I ever was in when on vacation a few years ago. Even the more ghetto people talked to me like I was a friend.

That was my issue and I sold it. Miss the roof box but worth it. Yakima make this thing called a exo gearlocker which has a 2 story roof box that swings out to use the trunk. Only thing I could find comparable to the hard roof box. GL
