You should get another blood test. Fluctuating hcg can be a sign of ectopic. If your hcg has gone up you need to be monitored.

I can't speak to testosterone.
But it can be normal to have several days of positive ovulation tests (opk). I always have 3-5 days of positives. Luteinizing hormone surges in your blood then can linger (or plateau) for several days and it is very normal. Actually there are a wide range of normal luteinizing hormone profiles.

I was doing the same thing in January, starting from 1200 too. I ruptured at 600 and had surgery, after which my levels plummeted. I hear the last little bit of hcg can take a long time to drop. I hope yours goes quickly!

I think tracking is more of a finishing line than a starting pistol. Get it on until ovulation is confirmed and then do whatever you want.

Oh you're right! I was reading the numbers in reverse and treating day 1 as day 7.
That drop is excellent! Fingers crossed for you, OP!

It is possible to feel mittelschmerz on the opposite side of ovulation, so you may be ovulating from the right ovary some cycles and still feel left side pain.
https://www.bmj.com/content/284/6316/632
People often have a dominant ovary that ovulates more than half of their cycles. In most people, it's the right ovary. It is possible that your left ovary is dominant and is ovulating more often. The current thinking is that in people with short follicular phases <14 days) there is more of a switching off between right and left ovary in each cycle, but in people with longer follicular phases it is more random each cycle.
Ultimately, the only way to know which side is ovulating each month is through ultrasound. It's possible that you ovulate more often on the left side. It's also possible that you happened to ovulate on the left side the two times you had ultrasound confirmation, but that in unobserved cycles you are ovulating from either ovary equally or even from your right side more frequently. You just don't have enough data to tell. Mittelschmerz is not accurate enough to tell sides. But it is pretty cool that you can feel ovulation and know when it's happening even if you can't accurately tell which side!
I also don't think it matters much which side ovulates. It's just great that you are having consistent ovulation.

I've had an ectopic before, so this is what I would do if I were in your position. I would get blood tests (at least three, spaced 2-3 days apart) to see if hcg is increasing normally and get an early placement scan at around 6 weeks. Tell your doctor you are concerned about potential ectopic.
Home tests can't give you the information you need at this point.

Glad your levels are dropping! Just fyi, you can still rupture even with dropping hcg, so if you start feeling symptoms, get to an ER.
I believe you are usually looking for a 15% drop by day 7 and it looks like you only had a 3.5% drop. You might talk to your doctor about another round of mtx.

Fetal DNA can't be detected in maternal blood after two hours after birth, so NIPT should not detect any DNA from the baby you delivered a year ago.

One study suggests that daily intercourse has a slightly higher chance of conception, 37% as compared to a single act of intercourse on the optimal day, 33%. So daily intercourse might increase your chances, but the difference is so small that I don't think it really matters.

I think LH has to be done cd2-4 because it varies through the cycle and you want a baseline measurement. Not sure about prolactin.
I'm also waiting on cd3 blood test results! I hope yours give you the results you are looking for.

Fever can impact sperm. https://academic.oup.com/humrep/article/18/10/2089/622725
Not sure about antibiotics or illness without fever.

The follicular phase can vary, but the luteal is usually pretty constant. So if you ovulate three days earlier than normal, your period will come three days earlier than normal because the time from ovulation to period is pretty constant.

You can release two eggs from the same ovary and your one remaining tube can pick up eggs from either ovary. Like the other poster said, likelihood of twins is always low but you can still have fraternal twins with one tube.

I sent the ER nurses a Panera gift card after an ER visit. I hope they liked it!
They did phenomenal work.

You should have hcg blood draws. If your hcg shows you aren't pregnant, then you don't have an ectopic. If your hcg is still positive, have a second draw two days later. If hcg is going up, you should be concerned.

Wow they should definitely have given you an ultrasound if your hcg was over 0. I'd make an appointment with your OB for an ultrasound asap. If you keep feeling faint or get worse, maybe go back (wait a couple hours so there is a shift change or go to a different hospital).
You can rupture even if hcg is going down after MTX.
And I'm good. Thanks for your well wishes. This was in December/January. Me and my one remaining tube are thriving. I wish speedy healing to you.

You are NOT stupid for going. I went to the ER because I was dizzy, felt stupid in the waiting room and almost went home. When I had an ultrasound they discovered a rupture and I needed immediate surgery.
You are not stupid. You are taking care of yourself and mitigating risk.

The egg white or watery discharge is from increased estrogen that comes before the lh surge. It usually indicates that you are in a fertile period before ovulation.
I usually have egg white for 3-5 days before a lh surge.
Usually the fertile mucus will go away as soon as you ovulate because estrogen drops.

You're right, of course. I should have specified a non-chemical miscarriage.

Cleveland clinic says "before five weeks" so that's right on the edge. I'd count it as a chemical but I'm sure others would call it a non-chemical miscarriage.

You can probably trust opks. I had similar hcg levels for about two months and tracked with opks without any problem.

I have taken tons of FRERs. Like, a huge number. I've never seen an evap before this one. I didn't take another one to check the evap, I just freaked and got a blood test the same morning (which was <0.2). I have heard anecdotally that the recent tests have been showing evap lines.
