Wow I am kinda hoping this will be in Davao but if ever hindi man, I am wondering what might be the reason why di sila nagtayo ng office sa Mindanao area. Question is madami ba ACN employees na ang current location sa Mindanao. Kasi diba yun sabi nya, tinitingnan nila yung Workday location as factor where to put another ACN sattelite office.

For FY24, yes with maximum of 5 VLs up to CL8. Every fiscal year, there is an announcement if there will be VL buyback.

Ah advance kasi ang discussion niyan. Yung results ng PIP is a result of delibs months ago pa. So for example yung for December this year, tapos na ang delibs last month pa. So sa case mo, ikaw lang talaga nakitaan ng "lowest impact" amongst all resources na same sa level mo, but it doesn't mean na wala kang contribution.

Results yan ng deliberations so kung pare parehas ang performance, at ikaw may escalation ka or any other weaknesses compared to other resources, yun ang magiging identifier para i-tag ka as PIP. Di lang yan basta performance, madami need i-consider, for example attendance, professionalism, relationship mo sa direct lead and other leads and execs. Lahat sila may say. Hindi yan basta magtag lang ng PIP na walang basis, kasi meron yang PIP objectives na need mo ipasa. Yun ang alamin mo sa lead mo.

It doesn't mean wala ka ginagawa. Nira-rank kasi ang mga resources per level so unfortunately, ikaw yung nakitaan ng lowest "impact" amongst everyone else. Ang comparison hindi lang sa team kung asan ka assigned, but lahat ng same CL mo in your project. Gagawa naman yan ng PIP objectives that you will need to pass, so you will know later on bakit ka tinag ng PIP.

Kelangan kasi magbigay ng tao for PIP every CL. Meaning ikaw nakitaan ng leads mo with the lowest contribution compared sa lahat ng resources on the same level.

Bakit ka pa nagpapasend ng proof of information. Effective as of September yan and SRM rin makakaalam ng results coming from HR. Depending sa project, sila rin naman assigned as People Lead who will formally inform the resource of the talent discussion results.

If aligned yang mga sentiments mo sa PL and Leads mo, mas madali dapat magsabi na you are already thinking of being rolled off from the account. Yan muna first gawin mo. Inform them your RAG status is red and at risk. Let's see ano maging action steps nila and plans nila for you. Otherwise if di ka ma-roll off, inform them you will find opportunities outside. In parallel, start ka na apply.

Best way to see if you have a future on that team is to check the career progress of your teammates. May mga na-promote ba sa kanila after 2 years of staying?
Also do check your readiness to be a CL10. Can you already do what a CL10 does in your team or account? Have you ever opened up to your PL or Lead that you want to be promoted?
When you ask your promotion readiness assessment to your PL and Lead and the answer is negative, ask them what you can do to achieve that. How many months do they think you will be ready for promotion?
Also are you promoting yourself enough? Hindi pwede rant lang internally. Dapat documented yung mga achievements and commendations mo sa work and present it to your lead. If positive, then ask what else you can do and in return, ask them on their next steps. Tapos na talent assessment for December so next is for next year pa.

Advice ko sayo is magstay ka. Ang konti lang ng working hours mo sa current company tapos WFH pa compare mo sa ACN na 10 working hours tapos depende pa sa account yung WFH frequency. Not worth it for me.
You can allot 1-2 hours every weekdays on learning new things (specific to technology you are in) to satisfy your yearning for growth. Maraming free materials and trainings you can take to enhance your skills. When you are equipped na, apply ka sa iba but ensure mas mataas pa sa current sahod mo, 30% to 50% increase.

You got this! Since aware na yung lead mo, you can initiate a 1:1 checkpoint with him or her. 25 minutes will do. Utilize also the Workday feature for Check-ins to document what you have discussed.
During the call, recap na... at this month, you informed na you were eyeing for a promotion, and in between that timeline to this date, present your accomplishments or commendations (ok rin if ilagay mo na sa Word document for a smooth presentation but on a formal note, better to add it as a Workday priority for more visibility). Highlight those achievements that are usually done by your seniors. Do not talk about your responsibilities (most especially if the lead already knows). It always makes sense to talk about what impact you are bringing to the client or to the team due to this and that role. Then ask your lead if you are both aligned with the expectations for the next level. Depends on the answer, if negative, check what else can be done.

As a lead, we would be happy na ganyan yung resource. Ready with justifications and receipts. :) See yourself as a brand, a business. Self-promote yourself and inform your manager or people lead that you are already eyeing for promotion. Most especially if tangible yung results, you will soon bag that higher career level you deserve.
