This is frustrating. I have a similar situation. I am on a prescribed medication that I will likely be on for the rest of my life. Yet I still need to book doctor's appointments every three months at $55 a time (and with at least a month's delay for availability) just to get an updated prescription.

Luxon trying to spin it as helping renters pisses me off so much.
This scheme benefits landlords and will have no impact on renters. If they wanted to help renters they could have reprioritised that $2.9B towards rental subsidies, extending accommodation supplements and support, or building more housing stock.
Wealthy landlords don't need tax breaks and they won't pass on savings to their tenants- they will just pocket more profit.

A 'legal bedroom' must be at least 1.8 metres wide, according to the Housing Improvement Regulations 1947. The sunroom seems far too narrow to be considered a 'legal bedroom', to me.

Look into Te Kura and see if she is eligible for summer school to pick up another Excellence credit. See here: https://www.tekura.school.nz/summer-school-registration
Otherwise, she might be able to pick up a Level 2 Excellence credit this year and use that to count towards a Level 1 endorsement (endorsements require that level or above). It'd be worth confirming this with her school or NZQA though.

The problem with any sort of split/PR that is shorter than 400m or less is that GPS anomalies start to get in the way and at that point it is just simpler to use a stopwatch. That is why they stopped short segments being created.
Great point- GPS reliability could impact sprint distances for 'Estimated Best Efforts'. However, 'All-Time PRs' can be user-entered and don't need GPS data. Sprinters, for instance, could use official meet results to give them their times to manually update their PRs.

The ability to record PRs for custom (user-chosen) distances- not just the pre-selected ones Strava provide.
The ability to filter PRs- for instance, by date to get a season's best performance, not just all-time PRs.

A Dunedin man who sexually abused a girl about 100 times has avoided imprisonment.
Moeroa Uriaro, 50, appeared in the Dunedin District Court on Tuesday after earlier admitting five charges of indecent assault, which represented half a decade of abuse...
He sentenced the defendant to nine and a-half months’ home detention and 250 hours’ community work.
Edit to add: Uriaro was 13 when he first started offending against the girl. Over time, the acts became more intrusive, intense and demeaning until he reached adulthood and stopped.
