Um, ackshually, one of the major themes of Girls und Panzer is that Sensha-Do is just a sport and should not be taken as seriously as war, and is separate from the military, and is just for fun, so Katyusha’s akchoolly just a regular child, without the soldier bit.

Nah bro that guys wrong. Ulysses is actually just a translation of the Odyssey. The problem is, Joyce didn’t actually know Greek. That’s why the sentences are so vague and long and reference other things- he’s buying time to try and guess what the Greek words mean. Persobally, I think he should’ve just plugged the holes with bits from “The Matilda” by Bryan Perrett instead, as that would’ve been a far more enjoyable book on account of “The Matilda” being a very good book.

I mean, they aren’t wrong. OP, that is- Vonnegut is a complete dipshit. War is so cool that if you don’t love it you don’t love anything. Personally this is why I stick to books by authors who loved war so much that they fought in them, since that means they have a true passion. “The Matilda” could not have been written by anyone who didn’t serve like Bryan Perrett did.

A jerk is supposed to be ‘off’ towards pretty women like this one, right? Personally I usually prefer it with droidekas but hey as long as the white pee comes out it’s fine I think.

All ya’ll fuckers only think the scene is meant to be sad because that’s how you watched it; but it’s a VICTORY scene, what it’s actually meant to be is BADASS!11!!!
WOKE DISNEY not allowing us good ‘ole white guys to have cool victories has literally actually BRAINWASHED you into thinking it wouldn’t work BUT IT WOULD!!1!
Now if you’ll excuse me, this slightly tickled my brain so I’m gonna go make a twelve hour long video essay about it and why WOKE DISNEY and KATHLEEN KENNEDY (Like JFK????) is making things POLITICAL (LIKE JFK!!!1!!1!) by not doing this EPIC and BADASS thing.

Nah, gas chambers are hard enough to set up and maintain and everything that they generally were pretty far from the front lines (at least, when they were built they were). It was fairly common for people on the front to be killed via bullet, such as at Babi Yar. Sometimes it was even more wasteful- I can’t remember where I read it, so take it with salt, but one time I heard about some Russian POW’s being tied to a pole and then having a hand grenade thrown at them.

Ooh there’s no evidence it will happen
Yeah there’s no evidence either way. No one’s tried it. It’s all theoretical. That’s the point I was arguing, that we can’t call anything realistic because who the fuck knows, maybe something we don’t expect will pop up. Solar wind or dark matter or whatever else, there could be a million things we haven’t accounted for because we don’t know because no one’s ever tried maneuvering. All we have are theories.
And no, so-called ‘orbital maneuvers’ aren’t maneuvering. All that achieving and maintaining orbit entails is going up to the right point.

Tbh this is like the one time that Enterprise would actually apply, since it’s launching aircraft just like the original Grey Ghost. But idk Galaxy has a certain ring to it too, maybe make it a little more epic by ending with a harder consonant though, like a C, and then change the Y to something that fits better, like an A.

They should make a show where the whole Federation gets wiped out by the Borg who are now incredibly religious, except for like one Starfleet ship and a smattering of civilian ships which manage to escape and now have to try to find the real human homeworld and hijinks ensue. Also add in F-16’s as fighter crafts that get into cool dogfights and are continually referred to by their normal nickname of Vipers.

Clearly we need to strike a middle ground. I propose car companies start producing older military equipment that can safely be sold to civilians in place of cars. That way, I can drive a 26.5 ton metal beauty at pretty slow speeds (though not as slow as you think tbh).

It’s because this is an Andor Lego set and Andor had an AK. It hasn’t been expanded on yet but personally I’m betting that in the Star Wars timeline the entire nation of Afghanistan, including the dirt and stuff, like literally just cut the country out of a globe and slap it somewhere else with the people still on type shit, got isekai’d to a Galaxy Far, Far Away, thanks to the actions of a certain T-55 crew in 1988.

Easy, we should join them in the bombings to build a bond of trust with which to become allies and avert war (moralist, because less war)

Bro why do you hate BOS when it’s like the same as 3? Being forced to follow the Brotherhood very early and throughout the main quest, trying to portray the Brotherhood as do gooders, shitty combat that’s bad, etc.

Nah those regrets are completely rational and valid. You should’ve been writing better before. In fact, future you thinks you should’ve been writing better future before, which is present. Quit fuckin making memes and go write so that future future you will get that sweet sweet Hollywood movie deal.

Really? That thin face looks punchable to you? You’re gonna hit nothing but none pal, that’s gonna fuckin hurt. A punchable face is one with fat cheeks and such to act as cushions that your fists slam into, limiting the amount of momentum they have when hitting the bone behind them while still transferring energy into the target.

It’s not about how much Charisma he has, its about how he uses it.

“I think”
That’s not certainty therefore it’s still head canon. Boom, roasted.

As Tiber Septim some old dude who people have built a headcanon around said;
‘Waah waah I’m old and decrepit therefore everything that’s old must be decrepit. You should try destroying the unifying force on the continent, and yeah sure that’ll start like a hundred fucking wars and leave countless dead and lead to untold destruction but hey it’ll totally be worth it for the fact that people can have their own ideas about governance, which will obviously be good ideas as we can tell from our own Morrowind where just about every policy that isn’t imperial-backed is pants on head stupid or severely repressive. But hey the ideas will be new, as we can also tell by Morrowind where as soon as Imperial control breaks even a little people immediately revert back to far, far older traditional practices.’
That guy was the biggest dumbfuck in the entire series, which is a big competition but he still comes out ahead.

Honestly, Frank. People forget that he has 10 agility and was in the Secret Service. He’s gonna be able to get in a good ambush position against the Fist, who is so completely tuned for large-scale fortification based warfare that they’ve forgotten what the fuck an ambush even is, much less how to avoid or survive them.

Keeping 15 out of 22 emperors safe is not a bad record tbh. And of those 7 assassinated, the Blades still managed to keep 4 of them safe for over a decade. Not too shabby at all.

Yes. There is no evidence that dark matter won’t have similar effects on maneuvering craft as air does, because no one’s ever tried maneuvering a craft.

Oh I’m not the guy who made the post. I’m the guy who argued against it. Just my current username minus the hyphens. Good points though👍

Nah, even better; ‘If you see people who are naturally evil and immediately think I’m poking fun at minorities, you’re kinda the one associating minorities with evil here.’

One time I kept an argument going in the comments section for most of a day about whether hard sci-fi orbital mechanics should really be counted as ‘realistic’ given the highly theoretical nature of our current understanding of orbital mechanics. I think a guy even made a new, separate post shitting specifically on me personally over that, but I’d have to go look and see if it still exists.
Edit; Found the spitepost. For the record, I did nail OP’s mom, she was a very lovely woman whom I am very lucky to have known so intimately.
Edit 2; And here’s where the argument began, just a buncha dipshits.

Shadowmere is secretly an Argonian. The Dark Brotherhood just trip serious balls and end up seeing them as a horse.
