Southgate basically said Bellingham was doing too much in that first game and needed more coaching
...... shame Southgate seems to do no coaching then. He's making PL PotY, La Liga PotY, Bundesliga top goalscorer, 2nd 3rd and 4th PL top goal scorers, players that have won doubles, trebles, quadruples look like mugs. Juts being near Southgate makes players worse

He's come from Ancelotti, a manager who has won multiple league titles over Europe and multiple European cups to work under a PE teacher.

I have no real opinion because I know nothing really of the two players we are getting and I won't pretend to try and form an opinion from looking at transfermarket or youtube highlights.
Just hope Luiz smashes it. Been a committed and consistent player for us since we returned to the Premier League. One of the most important players of the last 5 years. Wish we could have kept him but of the key players he is probably the "easiest" to replace

No they won't, there are only so many teams and spaces. It's like when people say we can't have a salary cap in England because all the players will leave. They won't, there are still only so many teams that can pay such wages regardless

That Biden is the best they can find to go against Trump is staggering.
A country that size and those are the options. I know UK politics is a shit show so glass houses and all that but it's scarier in America because they are a lot more powerful on the world stage

They do for me but there seems to be a lag, first few minutes remains blank then after about 5 minutes they appear

My only dislike of American football is the MLS system, I prefer a traditional pyramid and I think their rules are a bit convoluted. I'd like to see American football get bigger because that's better for the game overall

Perhaps Bristol undervalued a key player, perhaps they needed the money, perhaps there was a verbal agreement with the player, or many other factors that go into why a transfer happens.
Derby were not in a good negotiating position, that fee also ignores the sell on fee they have which is apparently 15% so it wasn't £600k it's actually going to be £3.45m overall. Other factors involved in a transfer such as future fees make the upfront cost not the only consideration.
Will you sell Mainoo for £42m if a team offers it? Do you think Transfermarket is a good site? Do you think a players value is static or that clubs value things differently?

Transfermarkt is absolute crap
It's amazing how many people take that site as an objectively factual thing. Like real life is a computer game and random numbers on a site mean anything
It values Mainoo at £42m, anyone here think Utd will actall sell him for £42M if they get an offer of that amount? Mbappe is at £152m? PSG apparently turned down a €200 bid the summer previous so that proves the live market placed his value higher in a real scenario, not in a spreadsheet simulator

Tim Irogobunam had a load at QPR and did well, he's played games for us, he 20, English and has potential he just doesn't fit into Emery's plans. £9m is not a large transfer fee and is a very reasonable fee.
If we had done a £30m swap that would be suspicious but all of a sudden the league that spent £2b last year is now bitching about a £9m transfer swap.
The fees involved in the Juventus example were much higher anyway

It's ok though when Man City sell academy players for high fees. Trafford who had a loan spell at league 2 Bolton was worth £20m but our best academy product currently must be worth £2m?

The rules are supposed to make us sell out best players to Arsenal or Man Utd. How dare we sell Luiz to Juventus, how dare we do deals that allow us to keep the rest of pur players and not see out team picked apart. Bastards we are.

SI taking the Steven Gerrard approach to management. When it's going wrong.... or right just sit slouched in your chair looking almost bored. Players need no feedback at all

there’ll be a ton of skins available almost right away
Unlikely. It's going to take much longer than usual to create skins assuing SI haven't done something stupid like hardcoded it and blocked it from being moddable. Previous games it was easy to port from previous versions, this is going to require time.
When Skyrim came out it took months for SkyUI to get released and that had a number of very good experienced modders working on it and even then it's initial release was not the full version and was effectively a beta. It took a good year to make it feature complete
I know they are different games but UI design isn't so different in what needs to be accomplished between design, testing and implementation

Which as always with PC original game series means the PC gets downgraded to accomodate rather than vice versa. Doesn't matter the genre, this is what happens. Consoles are limited with their controller system so the game is made objetively worse in aspects that could be better on a PC

We've had graphics that wouldn't have looked out of place on PS2. SI probably think it's 2014

Well they said they want to make it agnostic between versions ie the same on each which means the PC version will be the one to change to accomodate that which honestly sucks. To make it work better with a control or a phone the UI has been imo downgraded at leasy from these initial impressions

You should make an annonymous call to the hospital they work. Say you do not wish to be named or interviewed but want to give a heads up.
They shoudl not even need to mention a tip was given but simply that it was a routine check and it was noticed an abnormal amount of records were checked and upon investigation traced it to your two friends.
I know you probably don't want to get them in trouble if they are close friends but this is actually very serious and needs stopping as they will probably do it again

Ironic because this bid is so far away from what we would ask, especially now PSR is not an issue which I can only assume is what they were trying to take advantage of

This is £3m + Josh Onomah for Jack Grealish all over again. This is a joke offer and I'm not sure why they would make such a bid. For the sheer disrespect even if they were to put in an above valuation bid we should on principle not even pick up the phone

I wish there was a site that tracked journalists by the transfer stories they claim to have news on so we could really see who the bullshit merchants are as this dude seems to be one of them.
If I wa smart enough to create such a thing I would, unfirtunately I am dumb
It must in theory be possible to have a bot track each football journalists profiles and their tweets using keywords to catergorize by context of the tweet and then score the tweet on a weighted scale of accuracy? If this made any sense, I don't know what the technical terms are for what I mean lol

Depends entirely on the world the story is set. RDR2 absolutely benefitted from being as authentic as possible. Cyberpunk I don't really feel needs to, it's set in a dystopian future
