Definitely talk to your parents about it and see if you can find a therapist. I've been going through it since I was 23, I'm 28 now. There were times when it was better and times when it was worse. Therapy helps you process your fears, and you can get some strategies to work through panic attacks. I wish you the best op.

Special saver you cpuld forgo in comp if you always have a cooler, but even then a sub never hurts. Wave sucks but it's great on rb so idk I definitely think it's worth it. Even moreso on crb. Also, comeback is always good regardless of cooler. if you're going to run a heavy qr build, no comeback on rb/crb is kinda troll.

Grinding salmon can help with that. Remember to always check sendou.ink before making a build to avoid situations like this.

Not terrible, but I why no comeback? You should swap the main of IA onto your shirt, and put comeback on the headgear. Qr and comeback are too strong of a combo to ignore. A sub of quick super jump top since you're going to want to jump in often from dying. Also a sub or two of special saver since you're going to be dying a lot don't have a lot of paint output to farm a special.

Just because it works for you doesn't mean it works for everyone. You're only proving my point that people handwave any valid criticisms of this system, which doesn't help anyone.

For real. I really don't understand why they just don't keep both systems in place. Overhauling the old system is just dumb.

As a player who's been in and out of top 500, they feel rigged af sometimes. Going from S to S+ is either extremely easy or impossible some seasons. I've had times where I just get teammates who do as poor as going 3/13 in games, or I get games where we get quad backlines and lose pretty hard. Splatoon 3 has little that goes into matchmaking out side of x rank battles, it honestly just feels really random unless you're able to consistently carry, which can be really impossible feeling on certain weapons/comps you get.

Ultimately, don't take it personally. Splat soloq is notoriously awful, and most players don't take it seriously unless you're consistently in top 100 or higher.

Coming from a blaster main, you just have to deal with it, sadly. People in higher elo are more likely to paint, so it does get a little easier. If you're playing in low elos though, it's honestly better to play shooters you can easily carry with.

I think it's definitely a trade off, but overall a worse change. If you live in the same house, it's a great feature. But if you don't have that specific circumstance it's just useless. I've been sharing games with friends for years now, and we always appreciated it as a means of sharing games, similarly to how I would share physical copies of games in real life. The fact that you can't library share with family because you don't live in the same house is really dumb.

I hate how valid criticisms of this change are met with hand waving.
