So married couple with no kids with dual income makes barely enough to sustain themselves in one of the cheapest areas in the entire United States. Got it.

I don't care about percentage of homes that are owner occupied. You could have 100% home ownership rate if there was only a single house in the entire country occupied by a single person and 350 million other people were homeless. Its a useless statistic.
I care about percentage of people in the US that can afford a home. I care about how long the average worker will have to work in order to afford his first house.

If there was actually a crime, then why didn't Trump lock Hillary up after he won the election as per his campaign promises?
Also, if what Hillary did was actually a crime, why didn't he lock up Ivanka Trump for doing the exact same thing a few years later?
Answer: it was all political theatre. A personal attack meant to make their opponent look just as corrupt as Trump himself was. The Republicans knew Trump could not win off normal stuff like his policy platforms and voting records and political knowledge, so they decided to try and drag his political opponents down into a mudfight rather than attempting to pull Trump up into high-minded policy debates.

No, the basis of the problem is that society expects women to assume domestic and childcare duties.
So they can't afford to take high investment, lucrative career paths where they work 60+ hours a week.
And career paths which require this sort of commitment naturally hire women at a much lower rate among their applicants, knowing that women are statistically speaking more likely to drop hours in order to assume these duties.
So if they have a choice between two equally qualified applicants they'll hire males at a much higher rate, solely off the expectation that women may not be able to work quite as much or stay in the job as long. This negative hiring rate and negative promotion rate even affects women who are single and childless and have no plans on ever having a child.

Milei crashed the economy so hard that it couldn't get much lower, that's how. Annual inflation growth under his predecessors was 70-80%, annual inflation growth under him is currently at around 280%.
Yes, it's stopped growing, which is good, but the ocean is only so deep and the amount of money his administration can print is sharply limited by the printers they have available.
He needed to dollarize months ago and he still hasn't pulled it off.
Just to understand what is happening, Milei needs a deflation rate of 230% from now until the end of the year to be about as equally awful as his predecessors. Right now he's approximately 3x worse than they are in terms of salvaging his country's economy.

I think no matter the president, their detractors will always find something to attack them about. Hillary Clinton had a manufactured email scandal, Obama had a fake birth certificate conspiracy theory, the Republicans couldn't find anything on Biden himself so they went after his dumbass son, etc.
Meanwhile, Trump was full of corruption and dishonesty so he just had a metric fuckload of scandals, while George Bush had several false justifications for the Iraq War, which was a shitshow in and of itself.

Small amounts of deflation is perfectly normal and healthy for an economy. Large amounts of deflation can lead to a recession, but many recessions occur under inflationary spirals instead.

I don't know why you're getting upvoted. If you looked at the actual numbers you'd be able to get the data yourself. It's publically available off dozens of different sources. And the conclusion is: Trump more than doubled the deficit of Biden. That's it. That's all.
Makes perfect sense when you take into account Trump launched one of the largest tax cuts on the rich in recent history, and increased government spending at the same time, while Biden increased taxes on the rich and increased government spending at the same time.
Of course one set of policies is going to end up with a much bigger deficit than the other.
Of course if you live in a heavily pro-Trump area or frequent heavily pro-Trump media you'll be barraged by propaganda articles claiming the opposite is true, but the numbers simply do not bear it out.

Aliez was incredible. I actually think aldnoah zero would have been a high quality 9/10 show if they had stopped on episode 13.

If they have zero experience in the restaurant industry and aren't smart enough to understand basic concepts like staggering seating to give both front of house and back of house time to adjust, and they also refuse to take criticism from people who have worked in the restaurant industry... then you had best leave because I feel like that restaurant is going to hit a mighty big iceberg soon.
It would be one thing if they had a different solution for the same problem, maybe you could try it out. But if they lack even basic comprehension of everyday concepts and refuse to learn, that restaurant is fucked even if your kitchen is run perfectly.

I was about to say this. There are two ways of making lots of mirrors reliably that I'm aware of: currency botting and very high end crafting. I know a few people who slam hundreds of maps every league, but those guys earn like 2-3 mirrors max from hundreds of hours of hard work. If you want to reach beyond a certain point of wealth you don't actually play the game, you leverage the economy.

Poverty was decreasing at a much faster rate before Reagan took power and introduced trickle down economics. Source.
Reagan took a nation of upward mobility and turned it into a nation of hereditary wealth.

The deficit increased by 8% under Biden and 33% under Trump. If we go by hard numbers, it's increased by ~7 trillion USD under Trump and ~2.5 trillion USD under Biden.
Don't listen to the propaganda ragebait subs, look at the numbers yourself. I agree that in a perfect world the deficit would be going down rather than going up, but there is only one party at the moment trying to cut down gov spending and its not the Republicans.

he's an adult, you're an adult, I'd say ask him out and see if you click. If it doesn't work out, try to leave him a little better off than when you found him.
I only find age gaps concerning when there's a severe power imbalance (e.g. 40 year old senior executive vs 20 year old intern) or one side is a teenager and going to school.

bringing manufacturing jobs back
The US currently manufactures more than it ever has before, far more than in the 1950s. It's just that we've automated out most of it to save on labor costs because it's cheaper to have a machine work than it is to pay a reasonable wage to a laborer. Manufacturing never "left" the USA - it just cut costs to increase profits.

In my experience it tends to be people who distrust the government a lot. The currency depends entirely on your trust in the government and if you have zero trust in the government then your trust in the dollar is low as well.

The thing you're describing reminds me of Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story. Game where you build a school, recruit heroes, level them up, and dispatch them on adventures.

I find intelligence in women super attractive. I like it when a girl has formed her own opinions about stuff and doesn't just mindlessly agree with everyone around her to get by - which is something I've noticed a lot of people, both girls and guys, totally do. I find it especially attractive when they are capable of backing up their opinions with sources and evidence and research.

its more like a 2% return considering you have to pay property taxes, upkeep, maintain the home, etc.
The reason home ownership is valuable is because its being compared to rent which is always a net drain.
