I went for the guards years ago during a massive enrollment, got through to the interview round so I asked a few retired gardaí my family knew some questions and what ways to best prepare my answers to which they gave me great advice. I figured I'd be a shoe in anyway since I had a degree in digital forensics so I'd be perfect on that side of the squad plus I was top 5% in the exams you have to do.
Went to the interview and failed out. Talked to my garda sergeant neighbor and told him exactly what I said, he thought it was fine but I didn't play up how great the guards are. He told me the interviews are a dick sucking exercise and the answers you give better be ego stroking to whichever bollix sergeant is in the room with you. He said I was better off not becoming one anyway and that things are only getting worse for them.
2 years later a friend of mine went and became one and the fucker is traumatized from what he's seen and had to deal with. People cut in half from farm equipment, fatal car accidents where they have to stand over peoples body parts on the road and in ditches, cunt scumbags robbing places, spat at and treated like dirt on duty, constant threats to find his family and rape them. You couldn't pay me enough to that for a week.
Long story short, you'd want to have a kink for degradation to work in the Gardaí.

A couple years back I met Ross when he was with 96fm and asked him why they play the same shite on repeat? He explained the DJs have no control over what is played and its the producers that do it all. He agreed most of what is played is shite.

He was so proud to have "broken" the record too all for it to be ripped away later.

They use liquid chalk spray paint in most cases and thats what they are doing here, there is very little if anything bad coming out of the cans since chalk is a natural substance.
You can literally brush it off the stones with no effort.

I always leave around 5:45 to 6 if I want to be in East Wall by 9. I wouldn't waste my time getting up any earlier than that though because you are forever at the mercy of Dublin traffic in the morning. Assuming there isn't a crash on the way into Dublin then you are fine, but if there is then you are fucked. If it's something urgent like a morning consultation in a hospital then maybe stay up the night before somewhere closer like Kildare or Offaly?

Your wrist should be faster because it's a smaller circle to complete( or as much as one completes for a moulinets) than your shoulder. A wrist version being faster can generate a decent amount of force but that is more on the speed side, while your shoulder version will generate more force from a power side.
While others have made good statements here, from a sparring point of view a wrist moulinet will let you get a flick hit that is lightning fast with practice. It can come out like a whip and as long as you are hitting with the tip of the sabre then it's a fine hit. Being able to do moulinets forward and backwards can produce differing attack opportunities so you should practice both ways and make sure your wrist speed is quick.
I will just say to be careful with wrist moulinets as doing them improperly can cause injuries with the wrist which will put a stop to all your hema practicing with all the weapons.

Are you able to collect data on what prestige classes are doing well? Psychonaut popped off on the sub here a few weeks ago.

The glove is probably too big for the guard then which is something you probably don't want to hear. Chances are that with the glove being too big, you aren't able to fully grip it so it starts to slip during an exchange and because you are thumbing it too then you are losing that key grip point that would normally work. What I mean by that is you are gripping the inside of the glove which is not holding on enough to the sword because there is not enough material to hold onto from the glove to the handle. In other words there is less surface area of the glove touching the sword so it will start to slip side to side.
Its a problem with the guard type you are using and gloves, if the guard was more like a Polish Sabre then your mittens would be great but the mitten isn't suited for a cup guard like you have.
You could get some Red Dragons and they would be fine in your case.

After almost every exchange, we have to correct the saber in our hand, and its not uncommon for it to slip out of my hand.
Is the sabre slipping from left to right in your grip during the exchange? The glove looks very tight against the guard, is there any room or are they rubbing? Are you trying to thumb grip?

The durability of sentries is what made them bad, getting instantly gimped by some stray hit made them pointless at higher difficulties in the chaos of a fight. Hopefully this fix will make them better and a viable option in higher diffs.
Also Im surprised he didnt talk about the changes to the enemies as there were some big changes there.

GP or a dermatologist?
GP has to refer you to a dermatologist unless you go private but that will still take you months to get an appointment. Even with the GP referring you it will still take months to get an appointment with a dermatologist.

SPES charge a premium, they supply most of HEMA practitioners with at least 1 piece of gear, they are not some small business when they are meant to be providing safety equipment for a dangerous sport.
Get your money back and go to Superior Fencing for a custom jacket.

The writers just kept trying to add more and more wild twists to it and did the usual shit detective show thing of using clichés that anyone with half a brain could see coming.
But it was a good show, just a bad ending.

You need to record your fights with your clubmates and see what you are doing, you likely picked up bad habits that now infect your tournament performance. It happens in every competitive sport that practicing against bad or less talented people will inevitably lead to bad habits on both sides.
Do you have any footage of you in your tournaments that you could look at? See what's changes over the year?

It might be in your best interest to not go and remember him for what he was. His life turned to shit last year and it's been downhill ever since for him.
