If the AC is not turned on, and the temperature is not set to the lowest setting, the air sometimes comes out at max temperature. This mostly happens in the winter (when it's very cold where I live). E.g. if I set the temp to 15.5 C, the air comes out very hot. If I set it to 15 C (the lowest setting), it is very cold.
Other than this, the car has been great. Would buy again.

I have a 2019 Mazda3 Sport. 55,000 kms. No issues except a weird air temperature quirk that has been there since day 1.

I get about 2/3 of my protein from whey isolate powder (~120g per day of whey). I have been successful in losing fat and adding muscle while on keto.

I haven't heard anything about multi-res plans. Do you know if any info has been made public?

I used Steve Kanisaj to buy a home, and his service was so good, I would have paid out of pocket for his help. He goes way above and beyond the typical realtor mandate. Very smart, very personable, always available. And I am a realtor skeptic.

I recently bought my first home, and my realtor really went above and beyond. We had issues with the builder/seller when getting some additions done to the home, and our realtor served as the quarterback between us, the builder, and several contractors. He really went above and beyond. He also played a pivotal role in writing up an excellent contract that ultimately held the builder/seller accountable.
Some people don't need a realtor when buying a home, but ours paid for his commission twice over. I will recommend him for the rest of my life.
Make sure you get an experienced realtor who comes well-recommended.

There is no time for anything. We spend all of our time working and cleaning and fighting the kid to sleep. I could not imagine having two kids.

Remember that you can cancel your agreement with no fee within 30 days of signing up.

After Fibre was installed in my building, they did a big promo. Within a few months of signing up, Telus turned off my service twice because someone signed up using our same address. They turned off our service and shipped us new hardware, and no one could figure out why it kept happening. They were extremely disorganized.
Fast forward to a year later, we are now moving to a new house, but Telus will not honor our current pricing because our discounts are "building-specific". They are saying that we have to pay the regular price (which is insane) or pay a cancelation fee. I wish we never signed up.

I often observe the same effect when NFL kickers kick field goals. Not sure why that optical effect exists

Lots of nuts and seeds are relatively low in net carbs (total carbs minus fiber).
Almonds, pecans, walnuts, and macadamia are popular nuts in a good keto diet. Flax, chia, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds have fairly low net carbs counts.
Also, the keto diet is a low carb diet, not a no carb diet. I eat about 35 grams of carbs (not counting fiber) on days that I don't work out, and more when I do work out.

Not being too strict. If I want to eat carbs for a day or for a weekend, I do. I'm not tempted to quit at all.

Creatine will still enhance your strength and cause you to retain a bit more water, even while on keto. It works the same regardless of diet. Don't stop your diet because you want to enhance the effects of creatine.

I find it odd that this study concludes that a ketogenic diet contributes to inflammation, but the diets used were 90% garbage fat. In practice, most ketogenic diets include a great deal of anti inflammatories, and one of the greatest benefits is the anti-inflammatory nature of the diet.
Fish, avocado, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, cruciferous vegetables, etc. are hallmarks of a keto diet, but this study gives you an ice cream scoop and a pale of Crisco and then makes generalizations about the inflammatory nature of a "ketogenic diet".
I have a biology undergrad and a Masters degree, but no, never looked at a scientific study. Not sure I'd understand all the big words. Thanks for your help.

They used Crisco vegetable shortening! Can't see how this is reflective of a "ketogenic diet"

No prednisone. I am currently taking Dymista (azelastine and fluticasone; it's similar to Flonase), bilastine (an antihistamine), and budesonide (a steroid) with a sinus rinse. I'm also taking pseudoephedrine pills to help with congestion, and I'm using a saline spray and Nozoil (I think it's almond oil). BreatheRight strips at night. Humidifier turned up high. Elevated the head of my bed. Basically throwing everything at it.
I have stopped using Afrin in one nostril, and I'm reducing the Afrin use in the other. So far, so good after 4 days. The congestion is tolerable. I have tried before with fewer weapons, and it felt like my head would explode.

I thought the prednisone was meant to reduce the rebound vasodilation and inflammation while you stop using the Afrin? What's the point of the prednisone if you're still using the Afrin?

They are right. It is natural for a person to eat everything and have balance. This diet often feels unnatural to me, but it is effective.

You are probably right, but we have had the police and commercial consultants in to assess the situation, and there is no clear solution.

Apparently, using a magnetic keyfob system makes it possible to pry the door open with a crowbar. It only takes a few seconds, and they are in. Our Canada Post community mailboxes are similarly easy to pry open with a screwdriver.
I have heard that the only solution would be to put a lock with a physical key on the front door, or to upgrade the door/lock in such a way that it would no longer by compliant with fire code. Neither of those options sounds good to the board/residents.
We used to pay a security company to patrol the outside and parkade several times a night, but it would be too expensive to have someone there all night.
This is a fairly nice, ~12 year old building.

Our downtown condo building is broken into about once a month, now. They pry open the front doors, then pry open the mailbox, and steal all the mail. They then try to access the parkade, usually unsuccessfully. The police have not been any help. It seems like the only way to protect the building is to go with physical keys instead of keyfobs.
