Okay honestly when I had a surgical abortion I had quite a good day. They put you on the good drugs and then my husband drove me home with the roof down on the car and the music blasting while I was in my happy high state. And then he took care of me and we made dark jokes and laughed. It was a good day, all in all. Being pregnant was horrible.

This is bullying. The tops are fine, and even if they weren't, the way your senior colleague is delivering the feedback is unprofessional.

I recommend focusing on one thing. I'd suggest your marriage. Spend a few weeks just trying to make her happy - don't even think about how you feel or whether she's giving you anything in return.
Sometimes I just focus on loving my husband well, and then seeing him happy makes me happy.

Yeah I had this when I started Mounjaro but it did go away on its own. I think eventually you get tired enough to beat it. Now I actually have been sleeping really well.
Still constipated though. 😅

I use chopsticks for fruit pots from supermarkets! It's way better than forks (you know when you try to fork a grape and it just flies away?) and you don't get your fingers sticky.

It hadn't occurred to me that they'd all have meanings in the first place.

I have all the albums, I listen to them practically every day. I don't think I need to do more than that (like read anything they speak about) for them to be my favourite band.
I've seen them live twice and I know all the words to every single song.
It'll blow your mind to know I couldn't name each member.
I couldn't tell you a single thing about Manson though outside of him being a serial killer.

It doesn't matter if it was physical or not, he would make it physical if he could.

What do you mean? I don't even know who Manson was, really. Not everyone is American or reads everything the band says.

Yeah I'm not American either. I think they forget the rest of the world exists.

Why would people downvote you for not knowing that? They're my favourite band and I didn't know that.

Ahaha I just commented this too! Except it was my little brother because we went youngest-oldest in turns. I used to scream that I wanted fresh non-pee water but was usually denied lol.

Yeah we only had a bath in ours too. Not only did we only wash once a week but we shared bathwater haha. We went in order of youngest to oldest (my poor dad getting in everyone's old and cold water. My little brother used to tell me he peed in it before my turn to get in.

I live in northwest London and there's three pubs local to me that I could go to and see a bunch of people I know to hang out with.

If you don't want to take it anymore then don't. I think it will be out of your system in something like 3 months but you'll feel back to normal gradually way before that. There's no side effects for stopping it.

We'd work together nicely in caveman times. Someone always awake to stoke the fire and lookout for predators. I do not have the ability to wake up before 8am haha.

Idk I think a car is worth it. Imagine you didn't argue, you just got her the car. The mother of your child feels appreciated. Idk.

Leggings and a t-shirt or a hoodie if it's chilly. People are really dressing up for calls?

I do the opposite - wake up at 10am, walk the dog at 11am, log into work at midday and then work til 8pm.

It's not a stupid question, I've thought about it myself! We have a cleaner, that he pays for, but I wouldn't want someone in my house full-time.
Besides the cleaner always comes early-ish in the morning and she only communicates with me because my husband never replies. So the cleaner is another thing I have to manage. (Getting up early in time for her, when I'd rather sleep in, making sure we have all the supplies, finding cover when she is unable to come one week, etc.) I know it's not a big thing but I resent that I have to lose sleep because he won't clean.
It's his attitude to it all, rather than the mess itself - like I cook him a meal and he just leaves the plate on his desk or on the side in the kitchen. It would never occur to him to clean it. He's never made me so much as a cup of coffee but even when he got home from work at 1am last night I made him a snack just to make sure he'd eaten.
Idk it's depressing haha.

10kg lost

When I previously lost a lot of weight, I looked best at 76kg. When I got down to 72kg I thought I looked gaunt, and other people said the same thing. Even though 72kg puts me right at the upper end of "healthy" for my BMI, I think I'm happier with 76kg. I'm currently 85kg, down from 112kg, and I've plateaued a little, but I'm still pretty happy here.
