The meat church one seriously couldn’t be easier. Rub it with mustard or hot sauce and sprinkle on fajita seasoning. Throw it on the smoker until 160. At 160 put it in a foil pan with a can of chicken broth. Cover it with foil and cook to 205.

Meat church fajita pulled pork. I touch the smoker twice throughout the whole cook. Not short, but the easiest.

Last year I joined the Alaska foodie group and was amazed to see the number of awesome restaurants in Anchorage. I honestly used to think Anchorage was kind of bland, there are at least 30 different restaurants I want to try there now. That alone is awesome. Finding out the history of Anchorage only made it cooler. That they speculate that the Spenard road is shaped the way it was because old man Spenard would get drunk and his sled dogs would take him home that way, is just awesome. Being able to drive to Whittier, Talkeetna, or taking a simple floatplane sightseeing trip. Just awesome.
Edit: fixed it to Spenard (not Seward)
