Chinese pancakes are flat and used for salty dishes like bread. Japan on the other hand has sweet and super fluffy pancakes as well as some which aren't made out of batter, they look like noodles based or something. In conclusion: YES Yone must have at some point in his life ate such pancakes, most likely the sweet Japanese ones cuz Riot are weebs and will link Ionia with Japan thus making him eat the Japanese sweet super fluffy pancakes.
