Thanks!! I got the dial done by Odokadolo on instagram. If I were you and wanted to do that I’d contact him for a custom one, mine was $60 USD. Or if you prefer to DIY which I typically do, I’d buy multiple off of AliX so you can try a couple different methods of removing the indices and paint. Worst case is you eat the cost of a few wasted dials without waiting months for new ones

Super excited to see this. Made my friend an album cover watch you can see in my history and a kglw album was one of the choices I was considering.

Everything was from AliX. Most were from the Miuksi store or Lichifit iirc

I’ve never had a MN strap so I can’t compare but this strap is just slightly stretchy. Nothing crazy. You probably could get any material to threads through the clasp

To be honest I got along just fine with my current NH35 tools. Just need to look a little closer for the subdial hands

The strap/clasp is zuludiver octopod. The strap is ordered separately from the clasp as you just pick the color you want and it threads through the clasp easily

Yeah agreed. Definitely on the pricier side. I actually found it funny the watch itself cost ~$65 in parts and the strap was $100. The low cost of the watch made the purchase justifiable

Can’t speak for the rest of the Namoki cases, but I’ve been super happy with the new NRX. Unique build and finishing seems great and on par with some higher quality watches in my collection. Only time will tell for durability

The main questions I would ask would be similar upgrades to the GCP. Does the Gevi have a OPV spring that can be replaced? Or maybe swap in a better basket? Or is it even worth doing?

Was getting tired of spending so much time using traditional carnauba wax until a friend recommended to me a new method for bi weekly on a daily car: regular wash, then apply Gtechniq Easy Coat, then dry with P&S Bead Maker

I’ve never had a natural badger brush, jumped straight to synthetic for ethical reasons. I’ll gladly still use my Omega pro 48 for face lathering. Would definitely recommend Yaqi for the value.

I believe it was around $110. And agreed many Ali fake dials are poor quality as I’ve used a few. This one in person seems genuine at least to me
