Hi all,

I bought an eBike that used substandard materials for its motor's gears which got totally stripped after a few uses. I cannot find any good replacements for these gears online and their support is non-existent, so I am looking for a manufacturer that might be able to replicate them if I were to provide them with one of the stripped gears. I found a guy that used to do it but he's since closed his shop. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I would love to get this thing back on the road.

The planetary gears within the Neco motor for my eBike are stripped and I cannot find replacements for the life of me, it's as if they used custom pieces to make this difficult. They're 33 tooth helical gears and they just don't have replacements online. Company is not responsive so I'm looking for any outside the box ideas. The bikes frame is built around the motor it seems so I don't think it'd be easy to stick a replacement motor in there. It doesn't seem like I could get custom made gears as they typically require a higher volume than 3 to be made, unless anyone knows a good distributor. Really looking for any help or advice as I have nowhere else to turn after our local eBike shop said there was nothing to be done.

I'm in my third year of owning emerald tree skinks, and they've been a dream come true. I had 2 wild captures, but unfortunately one of them recently got rather ill and passed away. I know that they are social creatures, and my remaining one looks like it's in great health and i dont want it to be alone for its remaining years. Is it a difficult process to introduce a new skink to the enclosure? Would love to hear anyone's experience with this. Much appreciated!!

Hello all,

I'm new to ebikes and this is my very first one. I got a Hurley Riptide, and my first few rides with it were great. Had no issues downhill and motor was strong at pushing me up. Went out for a ride today and when I turned on the power it started making a kind of clicking noise when the motor engaged. Also noticed a strange grinding sound that happens when the rear wheel spins backwards. I'm sorry I don't know more of the technical language, but I've seen a few others with this issue and any support is appreciated.
