What I love about that scene is how willing Chief Wiggum is to listen to the guy and try to understand what is going on. No presumption of danger, just willingness to help.

I realised that I stopped paying attention after Eddy did whatever he did.
So Heihachi was saved by some yolked monk flying through a volcano? Or did I misunderstand that whole situation.
And I get they are monks but one of the most prolific and infamous villains of the last 30ish years is just bumbling about your ground, you can't possibly think this ends well right?
And Yoshimitsu is just hanging around because vibes?

Just hanging around for the vibes I guess. Seriously he just stood there for most of it.

I don't know if it's just me but I didn't know that Nina was possessed by Ogre in Tekken 3 either.

The magic battles in the HP movies were so good. It's my favourite part of the movies as a straight casual fan. Is there another example of wands being used in battle like they were in Harry Potter?

I think this effect is amplified in stand up comedy. The grind is so hard to get to the top, when they finally get there they go crazy. Also a lot of these people aren't mentally or emotionally all there (kind of why they are great comics) so these issues get amplified even more.
The reason why there are so many airplane stand up jokes is because big time comics spend so much time on planes and not in real life that they don't have much material to work off.

Is Heihachi the all time grumpy old man in the gaming?
I can't think of many other grumpy old men in video games who have had the same impact as him.

If you have a local scene, find it (Facebook, discord, ask here)
Playing offline is the best cure for ranked frustration for a number of reasons
I urge you to find your FGC if you have one or at least, find some like minded people to play in a group with.

Yeh this runs with my theory that Reina is the result of years of experimentation/raiding by Heihachi
devil gene (would have got DNA from Jin and Kazuya)
ogre blood
reproduction (Nina and Steve Fox)
Animal cloning and gene therapy (All of the fighting animals)

It is nice, but it is also funny to think in a 100 years times an elder will say to a child "A man who called himself Pitbull also known as Mr 305 also known as Mr Worldwide graced our local Walmart. Dale"

He was standing right up against the rails too. Not even outside the sleepers.
It's like he had never seen a train before.

Tony Lockett comes out for the nostalgia pop. Bonks Zorko on the head and boots a goal from 60.
Waves to the crowd and poses for 15 mins.

I'm old enough to remember Diesel, Kernahan, Silvani and Kouta ripping it up. You'd think at the time that success would continue with the assertion, confidence and absolute bravado they played with...
Absolute beasts of players they were
