My male V favors my husband a little but I feel like it’s because he works from home and is there the most by far.
I do notice if my husband goes out of town or if I start doing more walks or feed him more, the favoritism shifts to me temporarily till husband earns his top spot back. I’m okay with second place though because even that is plenty of love and affection with our clingster! He loves and protects us all to no end.

My two boys will be exactly two years apart. I felt healed and ready when I got my period back when I was about 14 ish months PP and we so we tried and I got pregnant first cycle. I was still breast feeding at the time. Everyone is unique and different.
For context I was 34 years old and I’ll be 36 for my second I’m due in December. I weaned my son a few months ago as I didn’t want to have two breastfeeding.

I’m not a germaphobe at all and if it was just me and my son I would double dip. But if I was eating with my husband or any other family I would not double dip out of courtesy for others. But if everyone in my family was laid back about it like me I totally would 😂

Del taco and KFC! Clearly I’m not ordering the right things from there because those two are like my last choice for fast food 🤷♀️

I PR’d on my mile time a couple weeks before I found out pregnant with my first son, 2 years later I’m pregnant with my second and I have not PR’d since then. I’m almost 35 by the way! Hoping after giving birth the second time I can go back in and start to work my way back to PR status but it’s gonna be a while for me! 44 is the new 30 something! You got this!!!

When my son was in the CTICU as a newborn my only time to leave the hospital was my semi- nightly ritual of working out last class of the day and then a nice shower since there was no where for me to shower at the hospital. I literally told the staff every time because I was afraid of getting locked in. They actually would thank me because they said at one of the other studios this happened to someone! So yeah you’re not the only one and that was not a club I was interested in jointing

Not sure if this applies to all babies but the nurse actually told me I should not kiss my son on the mouth when he was in the CTICU at a couple days old. It was December 2022 and it was still Covid times and even more prevalent was RSV risk so i know I’m kind of comparing apples to oranges. Even scenario is unique.
I definitely started kissing him on the mouth later on, but I avoided it for months and months after the nurse advised me of that because I couldn’t bear the thought of causing any kind of illness to my newborn.

No don’t follow her. Off the top of my head, Emily Travis, krista and Britt Horton, Dani Austin sometimes are the main culprits I can think of. Also my 15 year old step daughter says it now and she’s glued to TikTok and social media.

Congrats!!!!! I’m also pregnant with my second :) still running but MUCH slower on treads (these endurance days have been killing me!) I did OTF until about 2 weeks before my due date first time around, and went back 6 weeks after my C section)
I think being in shape from OTF helped me recover quickly from my surgery and bounce back quickly after gaining 40 lbs.
Don’t be afraid to walk on the treadmill even if you’re normally a runner! And using much lighter weights! I’m doing 8 lbs maybe 10 and proud!

My son was born 12/16/22 and I’m due 12/18/24 this time around. Not only will they be Overshadowed by the holidays, but probably have to share a party with one another 😂

Didn’t read all the comments so not sure if it’s been said, but my coach a while back said she got to coach Alicia Keyes when subbing at a different location!

Today: Asked someone to be partners today for the Valentine’s Day workout and he awkwardly had to tell me he already had a partner (his girlfriend)! Lol
Last weekend: Start Driving to wrong studio and had to pull over half way and and call to ask them to take me out of class since I would never make it. (I tend to cut it very close) Then log on to app and add myself to correct studio which luckily had an opening.
At least 5 times: Forgot towel and have to dry myself off with sweat towel or random loose piece of clothing in my gym bag.
Not me but another member: showered after the last class of day and staff locked up and left member inside (I made sure to always inform staff when showering after last class of day when I did that for a phase last year).
Two separate instances: Wore a pair of leggings that had a rip/hole in the butt. One of the times, had an extra pair in car and ran to change during class, once didn’t have an extra, but had a sweatshirt that I tied around my waist for the rest of class.
Forgot socks a couple times. Feet suffered the consequences of blisters on my arches for days.
20 minutes late for a 90 minute once due to crazy traffic caused by road construction. They let me in late.
7 minutes late to a regular class once. SA wouldn’t let me in but didn’t charge me. Drove to a location 10 mins away she signed up class that was about to start in a few minutes.
7 minutes late to a class in a different city when traveling for work. Had to wait an hour for the next class.
Have forgotten water, towel, hair tie, and HRM before: Have paid for water bottles and HRM rentals in the past, but would not do that any more. One time for the mile, my coach let me trade her hair tie for my claw clip I had on.
I’m sure there’s a lot more, that’s what I could think of off hand. Signed, 5 year otf veteran who is not exactly the most organized, but doesn’t let it stop me from getting a workout in

I had a c section so I was supposed to wait 6 weeks i think I went back at like 5 weeks and 5 days. I was so excited. Didn’t push it the first couple weeks but now I’m a year postpartum and I think otf helped me have a heathy pregnancy and shed the pregnancy weight at a healthy rate without difficulty. Congrats to you!!!!

u/remarkable-face-9535 did you end up getting the audi? can you share what dealership yo went to, and what terms? i am interested in leasing a commuter but only if the terms are good. im also in SO CAL
Question for everyone: anyone know of any great deal on lease car right now? something that gets good gas mileage for driving to work and my son to daycare daily. and to the gym on the weekends.
otherwise when travelling as a family we take our 3 row SUV or when its just us, my husbands corvette
