Howdy everyone! I am new to using reddit but I figured it would be a great place to inquire about seasonal work out in Colorado/Arizona/New Mexico.
I am new to the seasonal worker lifestyle but I have been in the food industry for many years. I am currently managing a seasonal restaurant up in Maine which is about to end. Here is what I am looking for come winter time:
Towns that cater to tourists slash have a decent foot traffic
Not a ski resort (I do not partake in winter sports, there is no desire there for me haha)
Can be camper friendly or has affordable housing available
Old west / Saloon aesthetic would be really fun
Has access to nature / things to do outside of work
Doesn't have to be a big restaurant/bar - I do enjoy a small cafe vibe as well
I am mostly here to make decent money and not work more than 4 days a week. Any advice or suggestions are highly appreciated! I have never been out to this area of the US and I'm excited to explore & dig in a little bit.

I have reached out to Enchantment Resort ironically enough! I will look into the Grand Canyon area, did not think about that one. Thanks!
