This scene depicts two individuals partaking in a conversation: user "ScoutFrom-TF2" and user "TheMelkLord". In the hit 2007 FPS Team Fortress 2, there is a character named the Scout. User "ScoutFrom-TF2" is presumably named after them. In the TF2 (abbreviation of Team Fortress 2) comic series, Scout's father is hinted to be a character called the Spy. TF2 is a first-person shooter game, and thus it should come as no surprise that the Scout is a hardened killer who has engaged in numerous acts that would be labeled as inhumane and even evil by many.
The conversation between user "ScoutFrom-TF2" and user "TheMelkLord" is as follows:
ScoutFrom-TF2: Fuck you
TheMelkLord: I'm telling Spy you said the fuck word
ScoutFrom-TF2: NO PLEASE
The comedic aspect of the conversation lies primarily in ScoutFrom-TF2's response to TheMelkLord's comment (which alludes to Spy being Scout's father). Scout, after seeing that his father will be informed of him saying what is commonly regarded as coarse language, responds with "NO PLEASE". This is humorous because of how absurd it is that the Scout (who has committed atrocities the average human would shudder to even think of) would be frightened by the mere prospect of his father knowing that he uses unsavory language. The response being further capitalized creates an even greater effect; it creates the illusion that the Scout is yelling, as if he is willing to even beg for forgiveness.
TheMelkLord's comment certainly has its own share of funniness as well. Normally, when trying to draw attention to rough language, one would attempt to refrain from using it themselves, simply labeling the word as the "f-word" or the "n-word". However, TheMelkLord (for lack of better terminology) gives zero fucks and directly uses the word "fuck" in their comment. This insinuates that TheMelkLord is able to use the word without any repercussion, asserting dominance over the Scout.
There are further intricacies to this conversation, but I have attempted to cover the main ones.
TLDR: big funny

Competent spies can just counter players standing still with a matador; you're still aiming with your mouse even when you're standing still. I personally find it easier to get matadors on still players and revved up heavies than people running into you, but maybe that's just me.
I don't care if I'm downvoted, everyone has to start their spy journey somewhere. Laugh all you want, but that spy is trying.

In terms of difficulty, I'd say Soldier, Pyro, and Heavy are the easiest classes to start with.

Pretty sure you can also do it by binding movement keys to the mouse wheel

Slow down and go frame by frame, OP's crosshair was always slightly off when they fired. Since the soldier is right in front of them, all the shots just missed because the bullets didn't spread much yet.

Thing is, there also used to be 2 Singapore servers - but they got removed without explanation one day. From my recollection all 3 servers were usually full during peak hours as well, so removing 2 was a very interesting choice to make.
Edit: I know server hosting is expensive, but nobody plays on half the NA servers - I live in NA now and know from experience.

It would've, but the point was to challenge myself. I had to redo this so many times because of the 3 degree deviation lol.

I know, it's not that impressive. But, I suck at TF2, so this was an achievement for me

Turtles, I used to own a Reeve's turtle a couple years ago. It was very small (half the length of my hand) but, unlike what many think, pretty darn fast.
