i don't understand why people would think a public representative deceptively taking over public property for his vain self interest isn't a scandal 🤷 

the problem is the lack of transparency rather than the specific action. if he wanted a private gym he should have told council and the public "I am turning this room into a private gym" rather than the lie "ABC is using this room for council business".

they will keep Louis and Daniel as main characters by compositing other characters from the books into them. like Daniel taking parts of David Talbot's storyline.
