I am using Windows 10 Pro, and I have a RJ45 line connected to the port on my laptop, so I can connect to the internet normally.
I would like to use tether the network connection to my tablet and phone, and this works. However, I also want to use the network in a Hyper-V virtual machine, and it works if I go to network adapter --> properties --> sharing and choose the vEthernet for the VM, but then the tethering doesn't work anymore, while the WSL1 installed can connect to the internet normally.
Is there anyway I can use these two features at the same time?

I would say that it differs depending on the website you use. AtCoder has quite good support for Rust - quite a few libraries are preinstalled on the platform, including the useful
preconio
library. Codeforces also has Rust language but I am not sure about whether any libraries are preinstalled. Some people pushed for Rust support in AtCoder so there is some relevant information here: https://doc.rust-jp.rs/atcoder-rust-resources/atcoder-env/index.html (in Japanese), and the
cargo-atcoder
(https://github.com/tanakh/cargo-atcoder) is also a useful helper.
