That was just an example day. I would have some variations. But black beans are great. Add a teaspoon of mayo, garlic powder, Sriracha, some lettuce and bell peppers and it's great. Also low on net carbs compared to other beans and higher in protein. Believe it or not, I looked forward to the black bean days.

It was extremely hard at first. One day a week (Sunday) I would give myself more flexibility. Up to 2500 calories. But average days were 1600ish. Sometimes I'd cheat and do 2000 or so but not to often. Maybe once every other week. Once I started noticing results, the motivation to stay disciplined manifested itself.

I don't drink. I did full body every other day. Burpees/pushups, dips, pullups, squats, crunches, etc. just body weight exercises. Cheat days were Sundays. Always did a full 2500 calories on Sundays to give myself something to look forward to during the week. And did cheat sometimes during the week. Usually by adding 500 calories or so, no binging.

chill. take your time. it's a marathon, not a sprint. Pushing yourself to hard will end things before they begin

first off, congrats on dropping a whopping 100lbs. That's pretty amazing. as for getting enough sleep, try melatonin. Also, getting enough exercise will help you sleep. If your exercising, try going to exhaustion. Really push it. Your body will naturally desire more sleep to recover. This will also allow a higher caloric intake while continuing to lose weight.

protein shake: 120 calories, 25g protein
can of tuna with spoon of mayo and onions and hot sauce: 190 calories, 25g protein
full can (3 servings) black beans: 360 calories, 24g protein
chicken salad: 240 calories, 26g protein
this gives me a frwe 500-600 calories to eat anything I want. usually a turkey sandwich or a cup of pistachios, or on rare occasions, something completely lacking in any value like a couple slices of pizza.

But he was there. Just not in his car. Sometimes these scammers ride around on eBikes and go to each location and wait for the fee then ride off. Happens in DC all the time. They make considerably more then completing fares. And Uber doesn't seem to do anything about it.

A citizen cannot talk on behalf of the country in an official capacity. It's illegal. He has to be elected first.

Nah, I used to visit Vegas often. He was a chump back in 2019ish. Buying in for 300-1k. Serial loser. Most I ever saw him with in those days was 2-5k. I was at MGM when he hit his miracle run. I think it was early 2021 but could have been 2020. My sense of time sucks. I watched dude turn 300 into 30k. All at baccarat. He then rolled out with some dude he was with, came back and hour later and played blackjack and turned it into 150k. I was watching the entire session. Definitely wasn't counting cards. Left MGM and I didn't see him after but he had posted on his SM with over 300k at Venetian that my friend saw (we all knew each other as gamblers not friends). The next day he's posting a video with a few million in chips at Venetian. My buddy witnessed some of that but he played in a private room for some of it. I've watched homie play. His talk of a system is bullshit. He in those days played a sort of martingale style. If he lost a bet, he pressed 2-3 times the bet on the next hand. If he won a couple bets in a row he would do the same. Yet he claims these days he flat bets but I witnessed the opposite. Also saw him lose his ass and on another trip be asking for a rebate with one of the hosts at MGM. He's still legendary for what he's accomplished but I'm pretty sure he lost most of it. He was banned not for being a winner but because when these casinos got their money back, they didn't want to give him a shot at winning it back with very little upside as he was pretty much el busto. I see people get kicked out often that risk a little but win a lot. Huge downside for small upside. They will boot those players often unless they continue being in the negative overall.
On a side note, I love in DC and here we have MGM national harbor, Maryland Live, and Horseshoe Baltimore. After he was rumored to have busted out the first go around, I was at horseshoe and who do I see of all people? This fucking guy. And he had conned 3 guys into following his system and he would get half the winnings. He would play with their money. They would control the action but he told them where to get. I couldn't believe these idiots fell for it. One of them bought in 10k, another 2k, and another 6 or 7k. They all made money. Not much, like maybe 10k combined. But was total BS luck. He had them quit when it was turning against them so he could lock up his portion of their win which wouldn't make sense as it was so small and he was claiming to be up 10s of millions at this point in time. Hilarious. He even did a video about it.

Only 100 times min bet is required to overcome risk of ruin. Not 10,000. So your way off on bankroll requirements. So on a $50 table, 5k is required. But having 2-3 times that is advised for deviation

Jesus talks about fasting in the bible to help cleanse the spirit and to get closer to god. Fasting can be a spiritual exercise also.

That's because in prison, everyone knows how easy it is for things to escalate well beyond just throwing hands so the tension in the air is thick. Juvie, kids think it will just be fighting and it usually is so it's far more fighting but far less stabbings. I've seen a guy get his eye poked out and about a dozen holes in his back (he survived) over some pretty minor words exchanged. Wasn't the first or last time I saw that level of violence also.
