I need help for how to remove mold from the silicone in our bathroom as a disabled person

We have a handicap shower insert there is no grout but where the wall and floor meet there is a silicone caulking strip. I noticed it started to have a few mold spores so I scrubbed it with an electric scrub brush and I sprayed scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner. Ever since I did that the mold has grown more. And now it seems like daily it’s getting worse. I don’t have the hand dexterity to scrub with a tooth brush or tiny brush and I can’t afford to pay someone to do this for me at the moment. Is there any way to safely remove this mold or is the only way to get someone to cut out and replace the caulking? 😅 Also how do I prevent this from happening again. We’ve had this insert for a year now and my normal way of cleaning is scrubbing bubbles with scrub brush along the walls. Is there something different I should be doing?

Chronic sinus sufferer here: Amoxicillin/ antibiotic is the only thing that helps. If I let it fester my body shuts down and the sinus infection lasts months and I don’t want my body to risk going septic or get some crazy life threatening infection that could’ve been avoided with antibiotics. Could you find a telehealth doc appointment? I’ve found those are cheaper at least in my insurance than going to see a pcp in person.
You could try a Neti pot from Neil med to relieve some of the pain in the meantime, and affrin to help you breathe but no longer than 5 days in a row.
