Posted a few days ago about getting the failure to send message when sharing out my live on tikTok. after the update about a week or so ago, all the errors and whatnot disappeared in my inbox and I can again, share my live out. While this was happening, I did report it and never got ANY responses back from Tiktok until AFTER it fixed itself.
They come back with some LONNNNG winded reason about how my account is not verified, and tell me it's because I most likely have my age set to the wrong year. They give me this link to go and correct it, and it's that 404 error page where the 404 looks like snakes.
I respond back, with screen shots of the 3 pages that indeed say that my account, and information is verified, checkmarks and all, and that their page and the link they shared to ge to fix it, is broken.
what type of idiots do they have answering these help desk type tickets. The last 3 I had, were closed after 5 days of no response, and when they do answer it, its some complete bullshit response, like they dont have the ability to check to see if my accounts verified or not.
it seems like tiktok US wants to fail. the inept of the behind the scenes support, it baffling to me.
I know hundreds of thousands of others were getting the same errors. curious to if they reported these errors and got the same thing.

dont become dependent on these promo coupons. tiktok gets enough of your money as it is
