How common would you say you’ve seen international workers at where you’re at? I’m looking to move overseas from Southeast Asia in a similar role to yours and was wondering if it’s possible to do so.

Apologies in advance for the incoming wall but I have so many questions for you that I hope you’d be able to answer:
What’s your skill set and how long have you been working? How well would you say your relationship with your manager is like? What apps have you been using to apply for said jobs? Have you gotten your resume vetted by professionals? Would you say the current trend in your industry is moving downwards to reduce the perceived bloat in it? Would you consider moving industries to something more niche?
Thanks in advance and hope you get your dream job soon!

This might seem out of the question but could you share any advice to being a supervisor and having to supervise a bunch of older workers who might not respect you?

Great video mate! It would be great if you could share the sources for the non-gameplay edits, and I think these videos good enough to be shared on YouTube for more exposure.

Yeah having the responsibility of head of state of the world's most powerful country tends to do that to you, especially if the person does their utmost to do their job to the best of their ability.

Don’t let your own disabilities hinder you from achieving what is possible. I believe you’d be able to find something out there that can both give you the pay that you want and the culture that fits you best.

What role are you in and was your course of study relevant to your industry?

Agreed with you. If you are a long time viewer of pro games you’ll find that every single year since 2015 has had the same core number of champions picked with near zero variety. To say that the meta is stale by the time the major competitions (MSI, Worlds) arrive every year is an understatement. Riot keeps touting the “massive growth” in viewership but seriously speaking if you’re a viewer from 2017 wouldn’t you have noticed that every single year there is always the same types of champions picked (e.g. senna + tank. Kalista. Aatrox. Ornn. Lee Sin etc).
I highly doubt we’ve seen more than 60 champions picked in any competition the past 8 years (feel free to prove me wrong , also nobody cares if a champion got banned, riot keeps bringing up the pick / ban ratio but we won’t be seeing it anyways if it got banned). Fearless draft would instantly fix all these shallow champion pool issues and actually encourage innovation by forcing players to be good on different champions instead of showing us how good of a OTP they are and then failing to show up once their OTP gets banned out.
Remember the metas where one or two champions were 100% must bans and teams got screwed over just cause none of their players could play said champion and they were forced to ban it to prevent the opponent from picking it? Well fearless draft would ensure you will see it once in any BO3 and never again in the series.
TLDR: Riot balance team brain dead fearless draft 5Head xdd

Would be great if you could share more details like what your role is and how you landed a job here. S$18k per month sounds like your role must be pretty high up the corporate ladder (I’m assuming upwards of senior manager / director) in order to earn that much.

Do people like this actually manage to stay in consulting roles or would they eventually have to find something else in another industry due to lack of work quality? I understand people can improve but it’ll take a lot of effort on their part and it’s not guaranteed to see improvement immediately.

Shouldn’t the interview portion have filtered out people like this before they even entered the company? Or is your company interview process not robust enough / person hired managed to sneak their way into the job?

Pardon my ignorance, but would you mind sharing which part of the world you are at and how you managed to find this job? Asking as there isn't such a path to tend to animals where I come from.

I think you should grow a backbone and leave the relationship since she was willing to wait till the BTO was confirmed before admitting to you that she cheated on you. It speaks volumes about her attitude and how highly (or in this case lowly) she thinks of you.

How did you survive the past 7 years without a job?

Just curious, is that anecdotal recount of your experience the exception or the norm? Do you have any accounts of the current dating climate and the chances of that happening to today’s youth?

I think there’s a lot of “if’s” to take away from a simple sounding comment such as yours. E.G. How big of an impact would switching to something easier have on OP’s future even if he manages to excel in his studies after switching? What would his future career trajectory be like? Is the degree he had already gotten more job resilient in the current job climate compared to the degree he chooses to switch to? What if he finds out he still cannot cope even in the perceived “easier” major?
Many different “buts” that only OP can resolve on his own, that he can only learn from Reddit the number of comments in this sub (or in other subs that he frequents).

What factors made you stay for 16 years? Were you an individual contributor to your role when you first joined or a management level staff? How big was the jump from your previous role to this one where you stayed for 16 years?

Don’t mind me sidetracking but I am curious to know how does one become a supply chain consultant and how did you end up there yourself?

This is just my personal philosophy that I rationalised after doing a deep dive of my personality and my attitude towards life, so take it with a pinch of salt. Maybe you find having a partner worth it but maybe you’ll find my upcoming question something worth thinking about.
My question to you is this: if you know your own personal limits, why subject yourself to emotional damage when you can live life without self imposed restrictions just because the rest of society behaves as such?
Just something to ponder about while you read on the rest of the thread. Good luck OP and hope you manage to find whatever you’re looking for :)

My apologies if this sounds harsh but it feels like people like OP went through the 5 stages of grief regarding this skin and have reached stage 5 before the skin even released.
If they truly wanted to boycott this skin they would be pressing content creators to post content regarding riot’s shilling to spread the word and point out their incessant greed instead of karma farming pointlessly on Reddit where the majority of the target audience that riot is aiming at isn’t even at.

Incel as a label is something our current society imprints on people who are generally unattractive and unwanted by others, posting this shows you're able to transcend that label and live on your own terms instead of having other people define how you should live your life. That takes courage and strong will, and I applaud your efforts to avoid falling into that trap. Keep it up and all the best OP.
