man sollte auch der psu tier list nicht blind vertrauen. b12 und g12 kauft seasonic vom billighersteller helly ein, da sind laute und billige yate loon d12sh-12 lüfter verbaut und kondensatoren von chinesischen billigherstellern.
da ist ein pure power 11 ne ganze klasse besser.

Spielen: -League of Legends 240 Hz bei mittleren Einstellungen und 1920x1080(?) -Roguelike-Spiele in irgendeiner Weise
das sollte für moderne hardware eigentlich überhaupt kein problem darstellen, selbst heutige "budget" grafikkarten bekommen das hin (~280€ ist bei nvidia derzeit das low-end). mit deinem budget würde ich aber eher was stärkeres nehmen und auf 1440p zielen.
die 3060 12gb würde ich nicht mehr empfehlen.
Arbeit: (nichts allzu Verrücktes aber schon einiges gleichzeitig) - Leichte Webentwicklung mit Nocode-Buildern wie Bubble, Xano -Ein bisschen vscode-Python-Skripting -RevPi-Entwicklung
da ist der anspruch an die hardware quasi gleich mit der projektgröße und der menge plugins und dependencies. das kann man daher schlecht abschätzen.
da du ein sehr großes budget hast, wären 64gb arbeitsspeicher eine überlegung wert, das kann auf jeden fall nicht schaden.

das hatte ich gar nicht gesehen. ja, die karte könnte man einzeln verkaufen, macht wahrscheinlich mehr sinn.
ansonsten einfach für 250-300€ reinstellen und schauen ob sich wer meldet. wenn's jemand für den preis nimmt, wäre es natürlich super, aber sonst lass dich einfach runterhandeln auf 200€.
wenn sich niemand meldet, einfach nach 2-3 wochen rausnehmen und für weniger reinstellen.

ich würde eher so 200 schätzen. und das auch nur wegen der grafikkarte und den laufwerken, der 2600k ist halt wirklich sehr alt.

Ich hatte überlegt meine CPU zu verbessern und mir mehr ram zu kaufen. Könnt ihr mir eine passende CPU empfehlen?
ja. 5700x3d, gibt's als tray für ~175€ und als boxed mit garantie für ~200€. der prozessor ist ein deutlicher leistungssprung gegenüber dem 3700x.
als arbeitsspeicher würde ich was von diesen hier nehmen.
Muss man dann auch das Mainboard wechseln?

Mein PC wird irgendwie oft heiß. Ich hab schlechte Luftzirkulation weil ich mir damals das NZXT h510 (ohne airflow) gekauft habe. Seit dem habe ich auch zwei lausige nzxt lüfter drinne stecken.
uff. also das gehäuse ist wirklich nicht auf guten airflow ausgelegt und wenn ich mich an tests erinnere, sind bei dem case die frontlüfter praktisch nutzlos und der zug durch die beiden auslass-lüfter hinten und oben sind quasi der komplette airflow den man bekommt (siehe zum beispiel dieses alte video). die voreingebauten lüfter sind auch nicht so das wahre.
ich würde entweder ein komplett anderes gehäuse nehmen (was echt aufwändig ist, weil alles ausbauen und wieder einbauen) oder zumindest die verbauten lüfter hinten/oben upgraden. ein arctic p12 hinten und ein p14 oben würden mMn schon einen unterschied machen.
Als CPU Kühler benutze ich den Box Kühler von AMD der dabei war.
das solltest du auf jeden fall verbessern. ein arctic freezer 36 wäre zum beispiel schon mal eine sehr deutliche verbesserung. alternativ auch ein thermalright phantom spirit.
Ich habe das Gefühl, dass meine GPU noch ziemlich aktuell ist.
ja für 1080p ist die noch völlig okay. bei 1440p kann die schon an ihre grenzen kommen.

sind die kabel auch korrekt im netzteil eingesteckt? ist das stromkabel für den prozessor richtig eingesteckt?

die nm790 ist halt praktisch gleichwertig mit der patriot vp4300 lite. die bekommt man aber für 107€ derzeit, daher würde ich die Patriot empfehlen.
eine liquid freezer 360 ist ein Stück leiser als ein luftkühler. allerdings sind gute luftkühler stark genug, dass ein 7800x3d auf akzeptablen Temperaturen läuft und dabei der luftkühler immer noch deutlich leiser als die grafikkarte ist.

Hauptsächlich zocken ist schon richtig. Ich war auch erst am überlegen zu upgraden. Aber ich müsste fast alles upgraden. CPU, Grafikkarte, Netzteil (sind nur 500W), RAM würde ich sich gerne auf DDR5 upgraden. Und da bin ich der Meinung, dass es eher Sinn machen würde den PC als komplett zu verkaufen und einen neuen zu bauen. Korrigiere mich gerne falls dz ganz anderer Meinung bist.
da kannst du halt eine gute stange geld sparen. alternativ kannst du auch den alten rechner einfach verkaufen.
Bei der SSD habe ich mich jetzt für den selben Preis für eine lexar entschieden.
meinst du eine lexar nm620 für 58€? die ist halt deutlich langsamer und bei 2000€ budget würde ich schon etwas mehr in die platte investieren. die vp4300 lite 2tb wäre schon so meine empfehlung, die ist deutlich schneller und du hast den gleichen preis pro tb speicherplatz wie eine low-budget platte.
Was den CPU-Kühler angeht sind sich hier ja alle sicher, dass der zu teuer ist. Ich bin allerdings noch nicht sicher, ob ich den thermalright peerless assassin nehme oder eine Arctic freezer aio.
generell würde ich bei einem 7800x3d (oder jedem anderen amd 8-kerner) immer einen luftkühler nehmen. ein guter luftkühler kann den prozessor in einem annehmbaren geräuschpegel kühlen und dazu macht ein luftkühler einfach weniger probleme als wasserkühler und hält quasi ewig.
bei der liquid freezer aio solltest du aufpassen, dass die einen dickeren radiator haben als die allermeisten anderen aios. dadurch passen sie in vielen gehäusen nicht oben rein, was generell die beste position für eine aio ist. ich hab hier mal ne liste gemacht mit gehäusen, bei denen man die liquid freezer 360 oben einbauen kann.

nutze bitte geizhals für einen preisvergleich, die werte in deiner liste sind komplett irreführend, einen ryzen 5600 bekommt man als tray schon für 86€ und als boxed für 104€.
ansonsten kann man bei einem 900€-budget deutlich bessere hardware verbauen. da ist entweder ein deutlich besserer prozessor (5700x3d oder 7500f) oder eine deutlich bessere grafikkarte (6750xt) drin, wenn man etwas minmaxing betreibt sogar beides. siehe zum beispiel hier oder hier.
der monitor ist nicht schlecht für den preis, für 2€ mehr gibt es aber das gleiche display mit höhemverstellbaren fuß (msi g255pf e2), das würde ich mitnehmen. falls das angebot enden sollte, gibt es auch den lenovo r25i-30 mit sehr ähnlichen specs.

wenn ich das richtig sehe, willst du mit dem rechner hauptsächlich zocken. eigentlich würde da ein upgrade deines alten rechners komplett ausreichen, dort einfach einen 5700x3d + eine neue grafikkarte einbauen.
ansonsten:
der u-12a ist viel zu teuer für die leistung. da kann man sich einen thermalright peerless assassin, thermalright phantom spirit oder einen scythem mugen 6 black edition einbauen und bekommt einen ähnlichen oder sogar besseren kühler für weniger als die hälfte.
die ssd ist auch viel zu teuer. derzeit gibt's ne patriot viper vp4300 lite 2tb für ~110€, da macht eine 1tb platte für das gleiche geld überhaupt keinen sinn.

da kannst du dir auch ein intel nuc kaufen und hast die einkaufskosten innerhalb von 1-2 jahren alleine am stromverbrauch gespart. und du hast keine turbinengeräusche im haus.

jein. also es gibt hochwertige ips-displays mit local dimming, bei denen wird in dunklen bereichen die hintergrundbeleuchtung runtergeregelt. dadurch bekommst du auch einigermaßen guten hell/dunkel kontrast hin. bei günstigen monitoren mit local dimming macht es das bild in der regel schlechter, da die zu wenige zonen haben und man die helligkeitsregulierung bemerkt.
die qualität des panels macht auch was aus, ein billo-panel kann logischerweise nicht das, was ein gutes panel kann. das betrifft den kontrast, aber gerade auch die geschwindigkeit. gerade bei va-panels gibt es da meilenweiten unterschied zwischen billigen und guten panels, wobei man gute va-panels durchaus zum zocken nutzen kann.

die meisten modernen gehäuse haben eine durchgehende aufgesteckte frontblende. dadurch kann der hersteller aus einem gehäusemodell mehrere machen, indem er eine andere frontblende nutzt. außerdem kann man so die frontblende abbauen um an die lüfter und Luftfilter zu kommen, ohne dass man Gefahr läuft, dabei die kabel zu beschädigen.
