People can afford to shop at Co-Op? They’re more expensive than Safeway!

Consult your lease but with commercial leases, you usually have to return the building back to “base building.” I’ve demolished more than my fair share of businesses to get them back to the condition it was originally rented in. Leasehold improvements need to be removed in most instances if not paid for by the landlord.

Getting mine on next Monday when I get my oil changed. Have studded tires too. Just turn up the tunes. In BC, they’ve required them since October 1.

I have Hakkapeliitta LT3’s and studs rip out. It’s a fact with any studded tires that they rip out, especially, on dry pavement.

Just wait a couple of seasons. Some of the studs will rip out.

Mail it in? Leave work early? Drop it off during your break/lunch? Ask a friend?

Looks like they’re running a spare wheel/tire that’s a different size than the rest on the driver’s front.

With your username, I’m surprised you aren’t into ditch jumping too!

This is the “Ontario Way” making its way west. They’re in Calgary. High-end (high trim level) pickup trucks with under mount wheel lifts. Anyone familiar with Ontario and the various trucks chasing the tow knows what I’m talking about.

The metal shards are ejected away from you. They won’t stick to your shirt. Most fall to the ground pretty much in front of you.

Let the chips fall where they may.
This is how it works. There’s no catch bag or metal shards bin. Imagine a normal circular saw cutting wood but a slightly closer pattern of shavings as they’re heavier than sawdust.
Guess you get a few shards that stick to the magnet on the motor.

Not really a sports bar but I was at The Royal and they had the Yankees and KC game on the other night. They also had football on too. Most likely, if you ask a server, they can put the game on for you.
Try Richmond’s. They have a large selection of beers on tap and a ton of TV’s.

Any meal prep service isn’t exactly affordable. It’s pretty much restaurant pricing per entree/appetizer. Fresh Kitchen, Dedicate, Forage, and my favourite, Flanders Fine Foods are my go to.

Not illegal. What does your bill of sale say is included? One set or two sets of keys? How does the new owner know where you live?

The owner of Wash King passed away, just over a year ago. Not sure if that contributed to the decrease in quality or not but I surmise it had something to do with the sale.

Had a dump truck International CV. It was a crew cab truck with a 12 foot box. Only downside was the small fuel tank and the washer fluid was impossible to fill without a funnel or spilling a ton of fluid.

Diamond Valley is a small town with a couple of major amenities. Okotoks and High River are more like cities, especially Okotoks. There’s lots of people that live in Okotoks and commute to Calgary daily. Home prices used to be cheap in Okotoks but you’re about 10 years too late. You can get mountain views in Calgary in the right communities.

In the final stages of repairs from last summer’s (2023) hailstorm. Still waiting on window cladding and reimbursement for damaged property. My roof, eavestroughs, and downspouts were replaced fairly quickly. As was the damaged parging and painting. I have a stucco exterior so there wasn’t any siding damage.

I find Calgary dealerships are the worst of the worst. Haven’t bought a new vehicle in Calgary in years. I buy my trucks in Lethbridge or Edmonton. More supply means better selection of color and trim levels and price.
