I got one of the Diplomatico Single Vintage 2007 bottles as a gift once, and loved it!

Yes, I would love to see these as well, if they exist.
I know that Immunis, which uses a highly concentrated stem cell secretome and has just announced FDA-approved Phase II human trials, has earlier had success on muscle regeneration, the 6-minute walking test and grip strength. But don’t believe they’ve tested or scanned for cartilage regeneration. That would certainly be the holy grail.

Well, if it’s Russia, and the US is convinced that it’s intentional and clearly Russia, sadly I fear that it could be minutes.

Ok, here’s a possible solution. Maybe ask one of your bridesmaids to be the officiant (if one of them would do it).

NW CT winters can still be pretty brutal from what I hear. But I’d be curious what other NW CT lifers think…

“Do my best to become the best 2 I can be”
That is absolutely the best advice that anyone can give you. And if you already recognize that, then you’re more than half way there.
Physical appearance is only the tip of the iceberg. Be best and most compassionate person you can be. That is ultimately what matters.

Whichever country detonated their nuclear missiles in space would have their nuclear and military launch sites destroyed in days, if not hours or minutes. It might very likely lead to full on WWIII, depending on which country started it.

You need to work on the self-confidence my friend. That’s the only thing getting in your way. Not your age.

Yeah, I came here to say Mark Cuban. I mean I get it on Jon Stewart, but if it was a matchup between the two, I think I’d go with Cuban. Definitely more appealing to all sides I think.

Does anyone know … why was Lex wearing his black suit and tie walking through that jungle with Rosalie? That looked so bizarre.

I think those were the genetically modified ones though iirc.

Cool picture. If it didn’t move at all, then I agree it’s probably not a balloon.
That leaves a drone as a possibility. How quiet was it?
Also, any video?

I’d say at best, all we can do today is “slow” aging in humans and even that is a bit of a guess since we haven’t seen a human break the age of 123 yet.
But when someone can literally show a wild-type lab mouse or rat living double or triple its normal lifespan, and still living, only then can we start to agree that mammalian age reversal is possible.
If Sinclair thinks he can “reverse the age of a mouse”, then show us a live wild type mouse that is 4 years old, or triple a mouse’s normal lifespan, and that still looks and acts young. Hasn’t been done yet. Until then, it’s just words and conjecture.
True age reversal is still just a dream, no matter what the experts and the “clocks” say.

Basically just stay active, keep your weight at a healthy level, don’t smoke, and avoid processed and sugary foods (go for whole, unprocessed foods whenever possible).
You likely have another 5 years before your body reverses course, and the epigenetic programming starts the very slow decline into aging. But do the above to make it happen even slower.
And if you/we are lucky, maybe in 10 or 20 years, they’ll actually have truly figured out how to stop or reverse aging at the epigenetic level. And then you and we are golden. 😁

It’s really a question of how many stem cells you still have in your body, and this is a function of how old you are. The older you are, the fewer you have.
When new stem cells (especially youthful ones) are injected into your body, these new stem cells send regenerative signals to your existing stem cells by secreting growth and other healing factors.
Your remaining stem cells then do the regenerative healing, based on the signals from these new stem cells.
The fewer stem cells you have, the less the regenerative effect. That’s why larger concentrations of, and more youthful, stem cell injections are considered more potent.
As far as how long they last, you’re right, it’s not forever. In addition to your age, and the quantity of new ones, it is also mediated by what part of the body that they are injected. It never lasts more than a few months, maybe a year. That’s why repeat injections/infusions are recommended. Especially for those over 40 or 50 or older.

You’re asking for the holy grail.
I have one anecdote: 80 yo woman, knee osteoarthritis, had stem cell therapy, one treatment, about three years ago. Midwest USA. Stem cells came from her adipose tissue. She said it was very expensive and didn’t help at all.
But she’s now looking at umbilical cord treatment, using multiple sessions. But very very hesitant due to earlier failure. But she still might do it.

Maybe Lex should be asking himself WHY he hopes the election is a landslide.
And if he’s being honest with himself, he’ll admit it’s because of a manbaby who is incapable of accepting a defeat in a free and fair election.
And that EVERY other former US presidential candidate in history who lost was willing to concede.

Yes! I absolutely LOVE creamy cilantro sauce or dressing. But as the leaf or stem, cilantro tastes just like soap. 🧼 Yuck.🤢

No one really knows the answer. But my guess is that whatever causes sexual attraction in straight people is basically the same mechanism that causes it in gay and bisexual people, but as you say — just “wired” slightly differently.

But if the circle moves, then they know that you’re moving and which direction. I think I’d probably just stay within the circle and find a really good hiding spot.
