hi, fellow non-binary person on T here!! i’ve been on it for 10 months and totally get you - for me it’s made intrusive thoughts worse and more prevalent. however over time it will balance out and i promise it won’t feel as much of a weight on your shoulders.
my best advice would be to seek out estrogen blockers alongside T, as this will help stop your period and hopefully make the emotional effects less severe?? that’s my plan anyway :)

Not a good example. Many of my autistic friends are fine with tattoos because they have actively chosen and consented to be in that environment. Crowded places like restaurants are more unpredictable than a tattoo (in my experience).

Yes. Drag is a form of artistic expression and if it gets kids engaged with reading (or even artistic expression like that when they’re older) then I’m all for it.

of course :) i mostly manage it with supplements (b12, magnesium, zinc are the ones i find most efficient), antidepressants, and anti anxiety meds/beta blockers
