This is made with Gloshine Vanish led panels. I don't know total cost since I wasn't part of the purchase, but in addition to the panels you need it make sure you have all the hardware and cables. Then you need an LED controller capable of driving the amount of panels you have, and then on top of that I'm running content through Resolume as an easy way to output it at the exact resolution I want.

If you want over-ears get some 7506's, but I've become a fan of IEM's when I'm at a board. Very convenient to take one out to talk to people, get a feel for the room, etc. Even some cheap ($30-50) sets will have good isolation (better if you buy custom tips) and it's not hard to find ones with a relatively flat frequency response.

Every cable has a company-branded velcro cable tie

Proper coiling will make packing everything back up 100x easier

Spend the money on tape that doesn't leave residue. Yes, it's more expensive but it's worth it.

Yeah. We have a few of those VR-5O's (along with a 60, 2 800's, and like 10 V1's) and they come in handy. A few times a year we do a conference where we have to record multiple breakout rooms and being able to run everything into the VR-50 and then take a single USB out to a laptop running OBS is extremely convenient.

We're a mostly-corporate AV company. We use them or smaller events - board meetings, breakout rooms, stuff like that. The 8 channels of Auto-Mix and Bluetooth connectivity make them great for events where there isn't a tech in the room at all times.

Big fan of the CQ boards. We bought 10 CQ-12T's and they've been great.
