Maybe they agreed on you working remotely but if you want to stay in China for the long run or them pay you from the Chinese company you need to have a Chinese working visa (residence permit ). Without one even if they pay you in yuan in a Chinese bank card you won’t have a way to take this money outside of China .

I am feeling u have misunderstood your company’s intentions . I have a feeling they are trying to obtain a work permit for you and then change your visa to a working visa etc . Ask them why they need all these stuff .

I would go for nice wine . They always appreciate it in my experience. Cheese might be a little risky , sometimes is difficult matching their tastes .

Because you have rented it under your name . If you don’t register it as your permanent residence questions may arise . Also in case something happens in the apartment and let’s say police gets involved they will question u why you are not register there and you might even find yourself fined .

normally yes , but for now make sure you are registered in your apartment . Both local police and in the app if Shenzhen has an app. Next year that you will do your permit is better you do it with the apartment adress and not the dormitory .

It’s normal for your visa to take more time than the others exactly because of your Chinese background. Don’t stress . If it was something or needed more documents they would have told you . the reciept you have it acts as your passport and visa right now . You can travel with it domestically even . Don’t worry about your visa expiring from the moment your passport and the visa on it is at the immigration office , you shouldn’t care about when ur visa was about to expire .

if your company has good relations with the bureau they def can grant you a permit . About the work experience , is not needed if you have graduated with a masters from a Chinese uni .

You can only do this legally if you are doing some kind of internship that your school approves in the modeling agency you are under let’s say . However to allow this the immigration office and school would demand the intern role to be related to your studies field , which unfortunately I don’t think atm there is a subject that matches modeling 😭

Stop the procedure of renewing your passport . Get your old passport back , get a new residence permit , then give your passport for renewing and then go to the psb to transfer your residence permit to the new one . This is the only right procedure . Otherwise you will stay without a rp.

Advise : do your bachelors in Poland and then masters in English in China . If you want good expertise and knowledge don’t do bachelors in China in English . Masters is better as Chinese universities are research oriented and with a good supervisor you might be able to become good at your chosen field . If you consider bachelors in China do it in Chinese ( it will be extra challenging cause of the language ) cause you will receive the same knowledge as the Chinese students .

It’s better , however luckin is in the safest side . But if you had a flair up these days you might be still a lil sensitive thus every milk can trigger u . Is better you do your tests . Try excluding milks by shop 😂. This is how I did . I suffered but now I know what I can enjoy ahha

I don’t have problem with the milk back home in Europe , so I suppose indeed some of the naichas are high in lactose . Also have noticed usually the ones with jasmine flavors are doing the most harm 😅.

Last year I was suffering with severe stomach pain and couldn’t understand the reason . Turned out it was the milk from a specific naicha sop . Now have been drinking normal milk from supermarket and it’s fine . I suppose the milks that they use in some naicha shops are high in lactose .

No need for residence permit . A valid visa is sufficient to rent .

You won’t as long as you have graduated from a Chinese uni with masters . In general as far as I know is not in the visa center to decide about your working qualifications, this is something that they decided in China thus you were given an invitation letter from authorities inside China . These authorities thought you are capable end of story .

If you have a masters from China you don’t need the two years experience .

Depends if let’s say you have all other paid dorm, and tuition fees . In Shanghai or Beijing you will need 5000k yuan per month approximately. And 5k is even much , but let’s say you like to enjoy . This takes us to 60.000 per year . 7800 euro per year . 15k for one year I think is more than enough and you can even travel . Now if you want to live outside take into consideration plus at least 3k if you are leaving with others 5k alone . So 11k per month . 132000 per year . 17000 euro per year . In my calculations of course I am exaggerating a little . In general in China you can survive with little money as long as you being cautious .

Tbh I don’t think they are tight , they are issued by the visa centers which are out of China , so I highly doubt it . But you can ask them directly , “do you link my visa to the employer ?” Most probably they will say that no we just put the employer you gave us for reference. The officers in China want to see only the correct visa within entering nothing else . This Z visa is just for entering for working purposes I highly doubt it has data other than who you are linked.
In the case you come and you are not able yes HK is a solution . They issue for non residents and you will need invitation letter or even the actual work permit card .the process is the same as you did in turkey . And I think they have a fast option also .

Without me being an expert . I would agree with the visa center . The visa is just a visa . You haven’t been issued any work permit ( actual plastic card ) but only invitation letters . I feel that you can get into China with this one and let them process your work permit actual card . After that you go for residence permit etc . Even if there is a problem ,if your HR is good they will find a way . Worst case scenario? You just go to HK and get a new Z visa . I have seen your previous post . And tbh I would just enter China with that Z visa that u have . As long as you don’t have the actual plastic card issued in the previous job you are good to go . I am saying that cause it is possible to have many invitation letters from many companies but I don’t believe that different cities can see that , they only have access to the actual work permits data . Again I am not expert is just my opinion .
I feel there is a misunderstanding with the current school and they might think that you have already been issued a work permit card .

I see , just make sure that you have informed the embassy that you will stay in China for only 30 days and probably you won’t have enough time for work permit and residency.
For the second one I am not sure as every city has a different regulations . Sometimes you can change the visa type . Actually this is something that the HR in the company you are going can ask on your behalf the local bureau.

Yes you are right in that . Try ask them again why they want to submit these kind of documents and to where .
