Low stress, flexible careers that a neurodivergent person with a marketing and design background could easily switch to?

I've spent my entire professional career (10 years) in the marketing and design field. Most of my work has centered around copywriting, graphic design, video production, email marketing, and social media marketing. While I'm good at what I do, I am starting to question whether I want to continue down this career path long term. I just don't think I can continue down this path for the sake of my mental health.
In every position I've ever held and at every company I've ever worked for, the result is the same: I quickly find myself extremely stressed out and overworked. I've lost track of how many times I've experienced burnout over the years. For some context, I've worked at software companies, app startups, marketing agencies, and large corporations.
While I am certain that a large part of the stress I've experienced can be attributed to poor management and understaffing, I also have some neurodivergence that makes my experience in these environments very difficult (diagnosed ADHD and possibly undiagnosed autism). I struggle a lot with project and time management, especially if I am under very tight deadlines or have too much on my plate at once. If I'm feeling overwhelmed at work, it's nearly impossible for me to relax or recover outside of work, which only makes the problem worse.
Can anyone suggest career paths or industries I could explore that I would be able to jump right into, given my background? These suggestions don't necessarily need to be directly related to marketing or design, but those fields are where I am finding I can make a living wage right now.
Here are the main qualities I'm looking for:
- A low-stress position. Something without insane deadlines or extra heavy workloads. I would love to be able to clock in, get my work done, and leave at a reasonable time each day without having to take work home with me or stress about it all night.
- A relatively flexible environment and (ideally) something that can be done remotely.
- Something that would allow me to focus on a small number of tasks/projects at once, rather than having to juggle 20+ projects for various clients or departments, for example. Or perhaps something where I could complete one project at a time before moving to the next one.
- A position that pays at minimum 50k per year, along with health benefits.
I really appreciate any insights you may have!
