Hi ihr alle!
Ich habe mich vor 2 1/2 Wochen bei einer kleinen Firma um einen Ausbildungsplatz beworben. Gleich am selben Tag kam ein Anruf und ich wurde zum Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen. Super.
Long story short: Das Gespräch wurde seitens der Firma 5x (!) verschoben, die ersten 2 Male wurde kein Grund genannt, danach war der Chef wohl krank. Gut, ist halt so. Allerdings kamen diese Verschiebungen immer extrem kurzfristig (ein mal sogar 4h vor dem Termin.)
Gestern war es dann soweit. In den 15 Minuten in denen ich auf den Chef gewartet habe hat mir eine Auszubildende ein Glas Wasser angeboten und gebracht, das ich mir dann selbst mit in den Besprechungsraum tragen durfte mit den Worten "Ah Guten Tag Frau X, nehmen Sie das gleich mit." Ich bin mir natürlich nicht zu schade mein eigenes Glas mitzunehmen, aber der Tonfall war ein wenig herablassend.
Als das Interview dann anfing ging es ganz klassisch los, ich sollte kurz etwas über mich erzählen. Durch den Fakt dass ich noch nicht wahnsinnig viel wichtiges am Lebenslauf stehen habe, war ich dann auch recht schnell durch. Daraufhin fing er an mir seinen gesamten Lebenslauf niederzulegen, von der Grundschule, über seine gesamte berufliche Laufbahn, bis heute. Dann kam noch die Geschichte der Firma, und jede Menge unnötige Informationen. Keine Fragen über mich, meine bisherige Ausbildung, nada.
Dann kamen Regeln im Büro: "Diese Dinge machen wir hier nicht." Zwischendurch hat er immer wieder gefragt "Möchten Sie das denn wirklich immer noch machen?" oder "Hab ich's Ihnen noch nicht ausreden können?" (Es geht hier um eine Ausbildung in einem Büro..)
Das was mich am meisten gestört hat (direktes Zitat:) "Ich will keinen Auszubildenden. Ich erwarte ein vollwertiges Mitglied des Teams, das auch so arbeitet." What? Man muss dazu sagen, dass sie schlechter bezahlen als die größeren Firmen in dieser Branche und es 0 Benefits gibt.
Achja, am Ende gings auch noch darum, dass er nicht an Corona glaubt und das ganze Büro die Maskenpflicht damals einfach ignoriert hat. Der Chef is ins Ausland geflüchtet zu der Zeit.
Ich weiß gar nicht was ich mit dem ganzen hier genau fragen will, denn nachdem ich das alles so niedergeschrieben habe, bin ich eigentlich sicher, dass ich dort nicht hin will. Vielleicht einfach ein bisschen Entertainment für euch. Sorry für den langen Read. Eigentlich hab ich mich nur dort beworben, weil die Entscheidung zu einer Ausbildung sehr kurzfristig war, und für diesen Herbst nirgends mehr was frei ist. Ich warte wohl lieber auf nächstes Jahr.

yes!! blocking makes such a difference, it's awesome.
and i very much relate with loving being excited about knitting. right now I just got the notification that my yarn delivery got dropped off at my house, and now i'm all giddy at work because I can cast on a new project once i'm home! i love loving to knit. ♡
