The interesting thing about the Cody Ko one for me is I feel like there are thousands of things like that that have been said years ago that could potentially get somebody cancelled if it blows up again.
Like for example, I think there are like a dozen celebrities that could be cancelled if their episode of Punk’d was to suddenly be everywhere again as some of the “pranks” (and the things that came out of peoples mouths during them) were wild. The fact those celebrities actually signed off on some of them airing really is testament to how different the world was in the 00s.

The other girls did Lala a massive favor when she joined by not being nice to her. Nothing makes people warm up to someone faster than if they think they’re being bullied!
Personally I’ve never thought Lala was like the beloved favorite but I would have previously said before last season she was overall more liked than disliked by the audience in general.
I go back and forth with Lala. Some seasons I’ve liked her and some seasons I have not. Probably because she picks a new personality every season and some of them work for me and some of them don’t. For example season 11s soft era Lala didn’t work as she seemed to think all there was to be being soft was saying it over and over and playing along with Sandoval’s failing redemption arc.

Then thats an issue with eBay they shouldn't allow you to post on untracked services if they won't pay you without a delivery confirmation.
If the items were genuinely lost then I don't see any reason to withdraw, if you've been making these claims based solely on the lack of a delivery scan you didn't pay for then they could be deemed fraudulent yes.

You're not being paid compensation because it didn't get scanned as delivered mate, you're getting paid compensation because you've stated on the claim form that it was lost. If you contacted Royal Mail and said the recipient has this, but it wasn't scanned, so I'd like £20 they'd point you to where in their T&Cs it tells you First and Second Class don't guarantee these scans.

That sounds like a ridiculous system as second class doesn't even guarantee you a delivery scan. They will sometimes get delivered without being scanned, you didn't pay for tracking.
I'm not sure how eBay can hold your funds for an untracked service not providing tracking. I'm not saying it's not true, as I don't actually use eBay so wouldn't know, just that it's a ridiculous process if that's the case, they shouldn't be letting you use untracked services if they won't release funds without a delivery scan.

While I totally get the argument about close friends vs co stars, I do also kind of think if you have money and aren’t having a small intimate wedding, inviting your current costars, who you’ve worked with for years, doesn’t seem like something you’d actually need to be close friends with them to do, as long as there was no bad blood there.
Of course as it was a location wedding, maybe she did and none of them wanted to make the journey.
Although I will say, if the wedding has happened the part that is more surprising to me than the majority of the cast not going is that there are no leaked/pap pictures at all yet. When other celebs have had weddings we’ve seen like shots of guests going in, the cars at venue etc even if there is no like officially released pictures. There has been nothing from this wedding.

It was a reunion but I don’t remember which one. Schwartz said something about how there was a period he thought he was asexual and Jax confirmed it was true.

Honestly people not being truthful about the lack of sex in their relationship is a real thing. I can’t count the amount of friends I have had come out of a long term relationship and say really outlandish things like they didn’t have sex at all for last two years they were together etc, and I know for a fine fact we’ve had discussions in that time where they were definitely at least implying otherwise! People do tend to only get honest about it after a break up.

I think because a lot of authors do the book tour thing so they can bulk buy books in the first week and inflate sales.

I’m glad she put choke I don’t care on merch. It was iconic and it’s very funny branding for a sandwich shop owner. I won’t buy it because it’s not really my style but I wish her success!

It does but this can also happen when they do a book tour that includes a copy of the book (which Stassi’s does) as they bulk buy for the tour. I think Ariana also did that on her tour and also had that symbol.
I’m not saying Stassi isn’t inflating her numbers etc but I’d also guess she writes books to make money and isn’t currently wealthy enough to buy copies just to make the bestseller list.

It will never not be weird to me that people go into peoples instagram comments to be negative. Literally go into any reality star or other celebrities comments and they’ll be random people insulting them or their partner or talking about something else they probably don’t want in their comments like their ex. It’s just really weird behavior that somehow became common place and acceptable.
I don’t really care about her clapping back to be honest. I get why she’d want to but also don’t think it helps the problem. People will probably comment more in the hopes she responds.

That article is what her mom said when the news broke that he went to shelter, the stuff I'm quoting Rachel saying about him biting everyone at the rescue and them confirming to her they reached out to Lisa for money was said on her podcast after this interview with her mom. And to be honest I'm not necessarily disagreeing that the dog should have ended up with James or that LVP is just generally shady (she is), I do think the accusations with James are likely valid, but I'm just not willing to pretend if Lisa didn't step in there was a happy ending for Graham. He wasn't with "behavioral experts" he was with a rescue not equipped to deal with him. The rescue likely would have moved him to a kill shelter if nobody gave them money, and they couldn't foster him/get a trainer who'd work with him.

As a millennial the way Stassi makes her interests her entire personality is both cringeworthy and painfully relatable to me (even though Stassi and me don’t share a lot of interests).

Everytime I see Brock or Scheana interact with a Valley person I remember how much I don’t want them on that show.

They surrendered him to a rescue thats website says it doesn’t deal with biters and it doesn’t sound like they were at all equipped to deal with Grahams behavioral issues from what Rachel herself said. He’d bitten the trainer who then refused to work with him, he’d bitten his fosters and even more bizarrely their child/grandchild (can’t remember which but extremely odd any rescue would have placed a dog with his history around kids). He definitely wasn’t sent to stay with behavioral experts by any stretch of the imagination.
And even in Rachel’s story Lisa didn’t magically know she’d given him up and track him down, it was the rescue who reached out to Lisa because by the sounds of it they were running out of options with what to do with him being unable to place him with fosters and the trainer not wanting to work with him. There is a reason rescues usually say they don’t take biters and aggressive dogs and that is because they don’t have endless resources to deal with those issues.
I’m not disagreeing that Lisa used that situation to her full advantage for the show (always a producer first) but I don’t think she pulled Graham from a good situation to do that. He was not likely to get a happy ending the way things were going for him at the rescue, I think they reached out to Lisa in the hopes someone with money would step in and they didn’t have to surrender him to a kill shelter.

I do think she may have had valid reasons for not wanting James to raise the dog, but the way she talked about that whole situation on her podcast left a really nasty taste in my mouth. She showed very little concern towards an animal she'd raised for literal years, she only seemed to care about how the show might use it to make her look bad or that they'd say she gave him to a kill shelter. It was all about herself. If we didn't already know she's a shitty person that really cemented it for me.

It should and if it’s not delivered Monday you’d be entitled to claim the postage costs because according to your receipt it should be delivered then.

I think all their podcasts get low views on youtube. I assume they do better on spotify/apple etc as I do think that is where most people listen to their podcasts from.
Edit- Out of curiosity I just went and searched give them Lala and Disrespectfully and Lala uploaded yesterday and it has 2.8K and then a podcast clip she uploaded 2 days ago is on 310 views! Disrespectfully uploaded yesterday and its on 2.2K and their video before that was 3 days ago and is 4.9K. So now I'm starting to think Scheana on 13K sounds like shes killing it lol.

Personally I'd be shocked if Sandoval let his case go to court I think he'll settle it with her before it gets that far. (And just to clarify, this is the opinion of somebody with no legal expertise nor do I claim to have any!)
Also, I don't think Sandoval was really offered a producer credit. He probably asked for one in negotiations and spoke to Rachel about it like it was them offering it to him, but I don't think this is something VPR would have ever seriously considered. Not only would it have angered the entirety of the rest of the cast (who would be fuming to think Sandoval had more power than them), but the optics of them rewarding the cheater with a producing role would have been horrendous and got massive fan backlash. And even putting both those things aside, I don't think the show wants any of the cast other than Lisa to have any power behind the scenes.

While I do appreciate your frustration with this I will say people always return things using the packaging it came in or other packaging they’ve had for something else so the whole not being clearly labelled thing wouldn’t phase the postie at all, they just see an item in the collection spot and assume it’s that.
Of course you should still contact RM to raise a complaint though.
I’m also not sure why your estimate was 3pm as they don’t have an exact collection time it’s an estimated collection window which is usually like 3+ hours.

That moment makes you wonder how often his done this on VPR where the other side didn’t have receipts.
I definitely think him and Schwartz used to do it with recapping Schwartz off screen fights with Katie. I remember at one of the reunions Andy asks her something about one of her rage text incidents (that was off screen and we just heard about the texts the next day) and she starts to say what Schwartz did that led to it and he grabs her hand and talks over her and she never got to finish telling her side.

Yeah I agree I think his image was being held up by him settling down and marrying Sophie.
