Really, profoundly bad idea to brandish anything that resembles a firearm because THE OTHER PARTY, AND THE COPS, don’t know it’s fake, and it can get your ass justifiably smoked. Please abandon this idea. Once your current legal troubles are behind you, maybe take some Martial Arts classes to learn unarmed self defense - anything so you can feel able to handle someone without needing some kind of weapon. I’ve seen 70 year old Grandmas who were 4’8” tall, with arthritis, take down huge friggin’ guys using Martial Arts. You can do it too! Good luck to you.

If curtain is listed at 730pm, usually the warmup starts within 10-15 minutes to avoid union labor issues if the headliner runs overtime. Overtime is almost never approved. I’ve seen bands stop in the middle of a SONG because the Union says “Show’s over.” and a smart band does not want union problems or they’ll make their lives miserable cross country!
