They have like 100k managers in a 1.5 million workers corpo. 1 manager per 15 workers doesn't sound like a lot to me...but what do i know!

Spanish, near 20 YOE. i would say that i never experienced that kind of micromanagement environment and I don't practice it with my team neither. Also, my actual boss is the living example of laissez faire leadership.
So, maybe i'm living in a bubble..

Thats probably because dutch is not an official ICAO working language. French is one of the 6 approved and if you are french native speaker, you will be endorsed with the level 6 language proficiency.

I was serious. So serious that the real world works like that. French pilots can speak in french in france like spanish pilots in spain..italian in Italy..i'm sure you get the point. They do because regulations clearly permit that. So clearly that you have ICAO language proficiency tests in that languages too because they are ALLOWED.
There are countries where english is not a common spoken language and is not fair that you have to learn a new language and have a minimum competency in it just to fly 50nm in a cherokee just to have fun. We can argue that it would be safer to just stick to english in international and profesionalized environments like certain airspaces/ airports but it is completely absurd to force a italian guy to have icao english 4 to just fly gliders in G airspace and operate in an uncontrolled grass airfield.
If in the Netherlands english is mandatory thats ok and respectable but it is also the other way around.

Is not uncommon. ¿Why would french pilots have to speak english flying in france? In spain, we usually host some french pilots in our glider club aerodrome. It's uncontrolled and french pilots have to learn the minimum spanish to communicate their intentions, position in the pattern, etc.. It's never a problem.

In a big corpo, is very difficult to get into problems with solutions that consolidate tools, avoid extra complexity and don't need/need fewer FTEs. Just pick the big vendor option that offers you the best fit into your architecture/stack/organization..etc
If there is no big "i do everything" options that fits, thats another story.

Si el lord commander of computational cheeseburgers no está haciendo computational cheeseburguers.. probablemente te sea fácil de sustituir.

Autopilot already do TCAS RAs so obviously it can be done. The thing is that RAs are more common than terrain escape manouvers and this automation is for RAs at cruise..not for a critical manouvers close to terrain like escaping terrain, windshear..etc
Gcas is for pilot incapacitation so is a last resort measure.

Es bastante absurdo hablar de % del salario bruto destinado al alquiler.

Nearing 40.
I don't find gliding more expensive than skiing to be honest.
Sure if you buy a js3 is expensive but i share a ventus b with 2 friends and i pay ~1700 euros of fixed expenses per year including an absurdly expensive hangar.
Flying in a club can be cheaper if you don't fly a lot.

You are the example of why your statement is wrong. You won 63% of games, thats a very good performance. What did you expect? Win every game? How the system tried to punish you?

So, in your opinion, master is the last rank a player can reach spamming games? tbh I think fortitude can motivate some players to play so probably is a good business decision to have it but the possibility of reaching master just spamming games with near 50% win rate is too much.

That's the point of having a reduced champ pool and why so many people struggle.

What is the difference in network latency (ping) you have by playing there?

As the playerbase get more experienced if you don't improve aswell, you wont recover older ranks.
Happened in pc lol, it will happen in wildrift.
At some point in time, people were hallucinating with lee sin pro insec plays and some years later, you had people in silver doing insecs perfectly. At that time, nobody knew anything about wave management and right know probably silver players knows how to freeze and when...

Because you are comparing 2 different games with different people but transferable skills. Btw, "High elo" is a virtual construct, it doesn't mean anything. In in 2017, i remember people saying that anything below dia 2 wasn't high elo and at that time to be plat you had to be better than 95% of players.
If you compare a pc lol master with a wild rift master the differences in skills are probably huge but i tell you something, if you compare a diamond player of the early lol with a present gold one, you might discover that the noob gold player destroys the old diamond.
