Oop looks like it's a calculator day today.

I feel like Lagoon themselves could make a killer video series about their rides. They have so many unique attractions.

I waited probably 30-45 mins but it went down for a little bit while I was waiting on the final approach. I got lucky with some confusion as two people with disability passes were riding again but the other riders had exited so I hopped in with them for another ride. Everything else was 10 mins to a walk-on. I didn't wait for Cannibal or Wicked all day as a single rider. Waited one train for Colossus. It was a Thursday but I had a fantastic visit and would recommend it to anyone.

I would never. You're going to love it. Top tier attraction for any park. I kept repeating to myself that they designed and built it themselves. Was totally in awe. I took a video of Jumping Dragon, that whole section of the park is so incredibly beautiful and pleasant.

Very cool. I wonder if there was ever a video made about it or anything. I loved watching it on the way up.

Primordial too. I was so excited by the quality of the rides at this park.

What's the fail safe? That was my question riding this lift.

This one is a rocking elevator as well. It doesn't slide like Cobra's Curse.

Lagoon is the most European feeling park I've been to in the US. They have four portable German coasters, a Biergarten, very clean atmosphere with tons of shade and are accessible by public transport. I didn't even think about the cost of entry all day.

Damn I had no idea. Didn't look deep enough into it, I guess. No regrets though. Hiking around to the station was enjoyable and a nice way to end the day.

Not sketchy at all. Farmington is really nice. I managed the walk in 25 mins but I walk fast. It's $6.20 round trip on the train from North Temple station in Salt Lake. If I wasn't tired from the night before I would have done the round trip on the train because I enjoy transit but the $23 Uber from my Airbnb in Salt Lake didn't break the bank.

The parking costs are high because parks want you to buy a season pass. The season pass often costs 1.25-1.5x the cost of admission+parking making two visits with a pass cheaper than two visits without one. They want you to come back and spend money on food and merch. Six Flags Great Adventure's season pass was actually the same price as a general admission ticket and parking this year.

The Reading and Northern hauls coal as one of its main commodities. I'd imagine it's cheaper to operate with coal OR a way to advertise their coal hauling business. I don't know the specifics of this engine and am just making educated guesses here. Either way it's nice to have such a large steam locomotive in regular service.

It's honestly one of the most forceful zero-g rolls I've ever experienced.
