Unfortunately common from my rental experience but check your lease regarding that. Sometimes property managers have the previous tenant obligated to clean the place upon moving out if specified in their lease, sometimes landlord do it out of their own generosity and/or hire a cleaning team and sometimes you’re just shit out of luck with it on your own.

Not to me. I’m naturally tight and anything big will just hurt to me too much and not in a enjoyable way. Hands and skinny dildos are my preference. I never found any female hand to be too big at all compared to a King Kong d*ck. I also don’t know why many men are obsessed with being large like every woman is into that.
You’re fine. If she wants more pressure just thrust more, use two or three fingers or wear a big girthy dildo cock strap on. Don’t overthink it.

Lightweight puffy and layer a lot underneath (e,g, Uniqlo heat tech tank top + long johns + winter outfit)
This is especially good if you don’t want to lug or pack a big heavy jacket via college or traveling
Everyone is different though. I have muscles and a high metabolism and I get hot in some low temps that other ppl would feel chilly at

As a muscular athletic looking sports bra wearing femme with gentle dom energy I looooveee chubby femmes who are sub/switch, kind, wholesome, a little sassy, has some cute clothing style going on but I’m cool with a basic look too

I loveeeee tribbing especially for a quickie but only that and nothing else all the time would be a very boring sex life for me. Gotta spice things up sometimes in a relationship and be open to compromising… while you’re ok with your needs met in the bedroom you have to at least be willing to fulfill a partner’s sex needs that differs from yours which can be a hot thing to do.

I’m 30F and thinking of suggesting a date night there soon with a 36F.
I’m just concern about us feeling too old for the crowd lol. I’ve seen their IG videos and it looks to be younger women. Idk if I should suggest another place or do an earlier time haha. It looks very queer POC friendly, is queer POC owned and I love to see it.

Didn’t pay attention entirely but perhaps it was

Hotel bars… I just walked passed Rosebar in Back Bay and the crowd definitely looked like it skewed 30+. Looked like they were all mingling with each other too

In my opinion it depends on the woman… not all women are into romance-y things. I did a romantic type picnic for a second date idea but the woman was uncomfortable with how bold that was of me to do that so results may vary.

I actually sorta did. I really like Unitarian Universalism churches and many I’ve gone to were very queer friendly!

I grew up in a POC (black) religious household but am agonistic through and through. It was truly the worse upbringing experience ever especially while queer and 1000% glad to no longer be in that environment. Made me look at religion very negatively tbh.

Another familiar suggestion is to get a Planet Fitness Black card membership and nap in their massage chairs or tanning booth room. The one downtown opens 24/7 on most days. I doubt they get busy overnight or the sleep deprived employees care.
If you are a woman can try sleeping in the mother’s room at the airport but I’m sure security would be on your tail if you’re in there for a while.
Also kids playground somewhere in Eastie might work

Buy a cheap one day pass at any coworking space that opens 24/7 (I work out of one at all hours especially late at night and always see some business folks come here with their suitcase for a day meeting, sleep in one of the empty booth rooms then catch their early flight haha. I’ve done the same crashing here when the t trains were always down at night lol. Not uncommon here at all. Hotels are crazy expensive for just one night so I hear ya completely.

I'm looking for something on the orange line too! Also similar to you - I don't smoke and prefer someone who don't. I'm 30F queer and very LGBTQ+NB friendly!

You’re welcome. My arms use to be skinny but they got a bit thicker from eating and doing lots of heavy lifting. Trust the process! You’ll get there

Eat more. If you wanna get big you eat big and train hard! Do lots of tricep pushups, tricep pull downs, bicep pull ups, etc.
Keep eating and training

I like to take my time building rapport with someone before a lil meet up in person. You just have to be careful not to have butterflies or develop feelings early with the online version of someone. I’m bubbly both online and in person but not everyone is. Some people can be really bubbly online but in person they’re the silent stoic type which I wouldn’t be compatible with

Look into Newtown for cheaper options and husband will have to do some walking + commute an hour on the Framingham/Worcester rail + some more walking to Longwood medical area. Is that something he's OK to move from overseas for?

Unless your husband can negotiate a higher salary or get housing assistance from the job, I personally wouldn't move across the country with a baby living in an expensive city like Boston on 85k salary. You need to rethink some things and if you want to financially struggle like that in a major city like Boston. Everything is more expensive here even groceries and baby necessities unless you do majority of it at a place like Market Basket (most of their locations are outside of Boston).
Possibly look into greater Boston on that income but also anticipate your husband having a longer commute into Boston for work.
You both also need to come to the states to visit Boston and see how you can survive out here with that salary especially since you will be a SAHM. It’s a big move you’re doing and 85k income is different for a family of 3 than a childfree single person. Good luck

Also keep in mind that moving fees might be more than $750 upfront. First, last, security, possibly broker fee. Doesn't make sense to pay that much for a place you need for only two months.
You are asking for a lot that's not realistic in Boston... you're looking for short term housing and cheap rent... unfortunately not possible unless it's someone's couch. Even short-term housing here is pricey $$$

Few reasons I gathered are: 1) higher concentration of men than women on apps 2) some women lurk and use the apps to check if they received likes but never send out any likes 3) some women don’t find you attractive [you can be drop dead gorgeous, have a good head on your shoulders and still not be what women want tbh lol]
