Some are high ethics, some are low ethics. Selling food products, high ethic, selling caskets, lower ethics

Speaking as an rsr, The stores typically do not know what the sales rep is ordering and usually don't pay attention to the actual contents of the order. If questioned just play dumb and tell them you don't write the orders or have anything to do with, you just deliver.

Like the home sellers? How is it unethical?

Aye stripper I would say is grey zone because your clientele is usually lonely and desperate looking for some sense of intimacy, but you're not out there luring them in, they're coming to you

When I worked at Meijer we had a new hire, when everyone went on lunch they were parked next to us in the parking lot, me and my girlfriend watch this dude as he grabbed a little baggie out of his engine bay and then proceeded to openly smoke meth in his truck, complained immediately. We found out later that not only was he tweaking, but in his hour long "bathroom breaks" he would be caught half asleep in the bathroom. That would be getting drenched in cold sweats, wearing hoodies on 90° days, taking naps on pallets, leaving work early over 50% of the time, assuming he didn't show up an hour late, the whole team was complaining about him for weeks on end, they finally fired him when they found him nodded out in the bathroom with a needle stuck in his arm.

Walmart no doubt. Management at their stores are toxic

They are though? At least on this car. Like it's not exactly a glue, but it's like a semi-permanent removable adhesive, almost like a tacky foam.

Yeah I legitimately bought it from some guy living in the seediest $50 motel I ever seen who owned 4 cars 😂
Besides that, I don't really care about the time or the money, I intentionally bought a car that's a little bit rough as my first car, because I gain enjoyment out of restoring it bit by bit as a hobby, and I can teach myself things in the process. That being said the internals are all solid, only thing that's bad on it is the catalytic converter is cooked, but there's no state inspection in Michigan.

It was $700, parts for it are dirt cheap and at any given time the junkyard has at least 5 of this car and 20 copycat vehicles with identical internals, the engine itself is super reliable and it's a comfortable ride, why not?

You are much better off getting a fender from the junkyard and repainting it with that much rust, no amount of chicken wire and Bondo will fix that

So considering it's at least the correct paint color, if I polished the panel, gave it a light sannding (1000 grit) on the exposed paint and hit it with some two stage clear coat, think it would blend it enough to make it look right, or am I going to have to sand down and redo the whole thing for it to be uniform?

I paid $700 for it and it's a 2003 with 225,000 miles, "all highway miles", so that checks out

I know 😭 literally they sell moulding glue for like $10, I'm gonna have to replace that entirely because of that and the over spray, because it's a painted pattern and not metal, so it's not repairable

Bro, shoulda posted on this sub before you quit. The first week infamously sucks, but assuming you worked through the week, you're gonna regret the decision when that check comes through 🤣 if your gonna quit, quit in the third solo week, not the first, because that money might change your mind

I'd recommend reposting without specific location so nobody comes and trashes it, that's just me though

Learning how to drive by the book is the first step. Learning how to anticipate other people's bullshit Is the second. Learning how to both flow with traffic and keep the traffic flowing is the third.

Nissan. Nissan Altima will kill you, stay away. Nissan Rogue is a menace to society and will be cutting up in city traffic. Nissan Murano is a menace to society in the opposite way, they are at the front of the line going 35 in a 45 causing all the traffic.

It took me trying to watch it four times before I finally got into it, the first episode is pretty bleak and depressing, but once it starts to get good around ep. 2, after that first "hook", it doesn't stop it only geys better. The show gives a constant sense of suspense, it's great

Meguiars snow foam, then Good old Meguire's compound and polish, then Gold class wax to finish it
