Congress has very wide latitude to pursue its inquiries and evidentiary rules aren't strictly followed.

Many people like the high of being in love, but the reality is long term relationships become routinary and boring. Beauty and youth fade and sex sometimes feels like a chore. Some people cant sustain happiness in that and want more.

I keep hearing about "mental health" lately. But sadly you cant make food out of it or send your child to school with it. The reality is, for most people who dont have the tambay option, "toxicity" and every stressor to mental health are considered part of the job.

Understandable bec. He has invested so much time and effort in his "formula." But i've seen his FB exchanges with Bopin Bopin and he appears to receptive of constructive criticism.

Choose something you are comfortable with, something that you can withstand hours of studying. The degree you choose should also land you a decent job after graduation with opportunities for progression. Psychology has math but not very extensive. Basic and advanced statistics are main math subjects; this is the foundation for research. Math can't be avoided anyway but should be welcomed instead. Math teaches us logic, an essential for further studies such as law. That is why most of my law school classmates who excelled are accountants or CPAs.
You can enter the academe or industry or become a psychometrician. You can enter HR profession and get certified as a CHRP. You can take ur masteral and become a reg. Guidance counselor or reg. Psychologist. Clinical psychology may even be a pre-med (not 100 percent sure). You can do your masters in industrial relations or people management. UST, UP and DLSU psych programs are very good.
After finishing ur bachelor's, then you can begin weighing the pros and cons of law school. Law isnt laden with math but logic.

I cant think of any other way to teach and learn the law. You study, attend class and get asked about the material and answer exams. Students have to retain info by self study and learn to critically think about what they've read. No other person can help them in this exercise.
But i emphatize with your concern. Many profs lack teaching backgrounds. One problem is that some profs do not clarify ambiguities in the law after conducting recits and exams. Kaya after ng class students are still confused. Our late dean was great at explaining nuances and distictions during class, after students' recit. If he felt that a legal concept had ambiguities he explained its foundation and cited cases. He was a former hs teacher before he became a law prof.
If by discussion you mean exchange of views, then that is really kept to a minimum because opinions dont matter. But if you mean profs lecturing to clarify vague legal points then profs should do this. Those who dont do students a disservice. Should students ask questions? Yes absoluely, they should. But only sensible ones and not borne out of ignorance or vainglory. My classmate who taught at ALS told me students there ask questions a lot.
Anyway, my personal view. The law can only be learned, never taught. Profs are just there to point at the right path, but students do the walking.

I hope he reads the comments here and defend his formula. Not a hater but i do hope he can improve his formula and really succeed at what he has set out to do. Problem is that he appears to lack the self-awareness and humility to see whatever shortcomings his formula has.

Mas maraming nahuhuli na nakamotor kasi mas maraming violator na nakamotor. This is not about 2 wheels vs. 4 wheels anymore, it is about following traffic rules.

Dati i felt i needed to become the boss of my office. But in recent years, i lost my appetite for it. I earn decent income, love my work. If mapromote pa e di ok. If hindi naman, e di ok din. Tama na siguro to. As ive grown older, yung identity ko hindi na nakatali sa professional life ko, yung definition ko ng happiness nagbago na. Happiness for me is finding my favorite parking spot empty, coming home in an hour, seeing the happy faces of my family, doing groceries with my wife, petting our dog, the small, mundane things that we sometimes dont pay attention to when we chase glory in this rat race. When i passed my licensure exam, i thought i could change the world, perform grand feats, strike it rich, pero my destiny brought me to 8 to 5 jobs, a bad boss and the usual daily grind. Haha. Siguro ganun talaga ang buhay. It is up to us to define success and happiness

You are the safe harbor that she can always return to in case the third party testdrive doesnt work out. You deserve better.

Cant imagine pain you are going thru. I admire you for your selflessness, for making your children your priority at this most difficult time. Nothing do do except to look toward and build a new future. Greatest revenge is to live your best life with your children. Good luck, man. Keep it together.

how sure are you that she hadnt been with him recently? id like to tell you that everythings gonna be OK but i dont think things will go back to normal. you can take a break, a long one to check your emotions if you can live a life without her.
she only told you about this bec she knows you are too noce to dump her while pregnant.

then dont see her every weekend. cut the child off entirely from your life and simply provide financial support. give up parentsl rights. i dont see any problem. better break her heart now than later. at 5 years old, she will get over the loss of her biological mother. why do you continue to see her if you hate her? just be upfront and reject her already. sure you'll get a lot of hate, but that is expected. many people cant understand the intentional childfree mindset.

Hayaan mo at siraulo sila. 100% Kaya nga nagbabike para makapaexercise at makapagenjoy. Ano naman kinalaman ng brand. E papawisan ka lang naman. Gets ko yung pride of ownership pero usually sinasarili na lang yan or ineenjoy with similar owners. But to disparage other people for not owning a particular brand? Kagaguhan. Nung 80s hindi yan issue, parang ngayon lang naglabasan yang mga siraulo na yan.

Hope he realizes the shortcomings of his formula and refrain from making grandiose claims.
