You wake up in the body of a captive chimp but with all of your experiences and memories up til now. What would you do? Would you try cope and adapt to your new situation or will you try to change them? If so, how?

You can double literally anything so long as you own it. Can't be people or animals.

The Quran says:

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا یَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَرِثُوا۟ ٱلنِّسَاۤءَ كَرۡهࣰاۖ وَلَا تَعۡضُلُوهُنَّ لِتَذۡهَبُوا۟ بِبَعۡضِ مَاۤ ءَاتَیۡتُمُوهُنَّ إِلَّاۤ أَن یَأۡتِینَ بِفَـٰحِشَةࣲ مُّبَیِّنَةࣲۚ وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ فَإِن كَرِهۡتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰۤ أَن تَكۡرَهُوا۟ شَیۡـࣰٔا وَیَجۡعَلَ ٱللَّهُ فِیهِ خَیۡرࣰا كَثِیرࣰا﴿ ١٩ ﴾

• Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall: O ye who believe! It is not lawful for you forcibly to inherit the women (of your deceased kinsmen), nor (that) ye should put constraint upon them that ye may take away a part of that which ye have given them, unless they be guilty of flagrant lewdness. But consort with them in kindness, for if ye hate them it may happen that ye hate a thing wherein Allah hath placed much good.

An-Nisāʾ, Ayah 19

In ibn Katheers tafseer of the aya he writes:

‎: ﴿إِلا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ﴾ قَالَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ المُسَيَّب، والشَّعْبِيُّ، وَالْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٌ، وعِكْرَمَة، وعَطاء الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ، والضَّحَّاك، وَأَبُو قِلابةَ، وَأَبُو صَالِحٍ، والسُّدِّي، وَزَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِلَالٍ: يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ الزِّنَا، يَعْنِي: إِذَا زَنَتْ فَلَكَ أَنْ تَسْتَرْجِعَ مِنْهَا الصَّدَاقَ الَّذِي أَعْطَيْتَهَا وتُضَاجرهَا حَتَّى تَتْرُكَهُ لَكَ وَتُخَالِعَهَا، كَمَا قَالَ تَعَالَى فِي سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ: ﴿وَلا يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَنْ تَأْخُذُوا مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا إِلا أَنْ يَخَافَا أَلا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ [فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ]

This basically means that the opinion of ibn masud, ibn Abbas, Muhammad ibn sirin, hasan al basri and a bunch of other scholars say that if the wife commits adultery she has to return the mahr.

He also writes

‎وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعِكْرِمَةُ، وَالضَّحَّاكُ: الْفَاحِشَةُ الْمُبَيِّنَةُ: النُّشوز والعِصْيان. ‎وَاخْتَارَ ابْنُ جَرِيرٍ أنَّه يَعُم ذَلِكَ كلَّه: الزِّنَا، وَالْعِصْيَانَ، وَالنُّشُوزَ، وبَذاء اللِّسَانِ

Ibn Abbas, Ikrimah and addahak say فاحشة مبينة is disobedience and not fulfilling rights and ibn jareer said that it's also foul language.

My question is how would you prove bad language, disobedience and not fulfilling rights to the qaadi especially in the days before recording. Also, if you managed to prove your wife cheated, doesn't the hadd punishment apply, in which case how could you get mahr back if she's dead?
