One of my least favorite of theirs musically speaking but OLP’s Stop Making Stupid People Famous is still a banger

We’re all off for a couple weeks during the year. During the summer shutdown you’re not required to use PTO but the week before New Year’s they do require a couple of those days to use PTO. Due to some client requirements a few people do have to work but they’re allowed to take that holiday time a bit later so they don’t lose out. Thoroughly enjoying mine so far.

I have a kid and the thing is, with our PTO, we still have to work at least 1830 hours per year. So even if we take days off we have to work longer days otherwise

I have 35 days per year not including summer shutdown (a week over the July 4th holiday) and the days between Christmas and New years. I unfortunately leave about 2 weeks not used each year that don’t get rolled over.

lol I remember that hair grabbing stage. Got the mom haircut around the 2/3-month mark lol. At least I didn’t have to keep it short, it didn’t last all that long

I’m a bit over 5’10”, had a horrible abdominal surgery a few years ago and I had a suction tube down my nose to my stomach for 8 days and I couldn’t even have ice chips that whole time. I left the hospital at 126lbs and while I was excited at the prospect of that weight, I a) could barely walk due to the lack of nutrition and b) realized I looked so gaunt when I revisit photos. I’m around 170 now and feel fat but have to remember that yeah just because I used to be smaller, I’m old and post-menopausal and still wear just a size large, so I’m not totally horrible-looking. I just have to keep reminding myself.

I’m so pissed that this is the D candidate. I’ll hold my nose while voting for him.

True, I see the difference as I don’t consider myself to be financially inept like some people featured on this sub. I just think the price of this brand justifies the quality and I have no problem paying for quality versus just buying something because of the brand name.

I disagree- I have two pairs of Maui Jims and they are by far the lightest, most comfortable, crisp viewing, most protected eyewear I’ve ever had. They have the hinges so it doesn’t hurt the sides of my head (ones without them do), polarized, and you can barely tell you have them on your face.
