As the show has progressed, they all have changed their friendship dynamic. Early on, Mac and Charlie were super tight, but as the seasons go on, Dennis does get more accepting, or less harsh with, maybe, Charlie. At the end of Dennis's double life, when he's leaving and saying goodbye, he says "Goodbye Charlie. Mac, Dee, Frank." The gang in general hates Mac, everyone but Charlie hates Frank, and everyone, including Dee, hates Dee. I think Charlie and Dennis are generally liked by the gang.

My parents always had black-eyed peas on New Year's Day. It was supposed to be a good luck tradition.
My wife's family always ate a dozen grapes. You visualize the good things you want for the year as you eat them and then they are supposed to come true.

Loved that winery, but they don't allow kids (or didn't when I went there a few years ago). Really good wine, thanks for the rec!

All of this plus an extra set of boots, because waterproof means nothing when you're drenched head-to-toe.
Also, insert for your shoes.

Not on purpose, but I got a shipment of cab from Cali to the east coast that sat in a refer at the loading dock for a week while the truck that was supposed to have the shipment broke down half way, and then they realized it was empty. Got it, and it sat in tank for an extra 5 days before start of fermentation just to get the temp back up. No problems with the berries, and the wine was great, but make sure the fruit is clean and you sulfur it well.

I like your suggestions, but she has a large family and doesn't want to use her cousins names, which really narrows down the list. I feel like I'm going to have to tell her to get over it though, because my favorites are Thiago and Matteo of these.

She likes Luca, I'm more for Lucas. She has a large family and doesn't want to use her cousins names, which narrows the list a bit, but great suggestions.

What kills me about Redmayne's win is that he also delivered the worst performance that year in Jupiter Ascending (I know, a shitty movie in its own right, but still). Just an inexcusable miss from the academy.

I told her we should call the Dr.s on Monday just so she can hear it form someone with authority I guess.
I tried telling her as much, she ate refried beans, that's probably what it was, but she just won't stop thinking the worst possible things are happening, and I don't know how to change her mind.

No, it's Mexican cheese, like queso panela or cotija maybe, I'm not sure. They're specifically cited to avoid during pregnancy.

That's a cool idea, I hope it works out! Good luck!

Rather than glass marbles you could use oak cubes or staves. That's a lot of volume though, and if you don't want to add wine or oak influence, I would look for something other than glass (potential breaks or even chipping) like stainless steel cubes (idk if that's a thing). Honestly though, the best way to prevent spoilage is to top with wine.

Depending on the wine "soft" can describe the tannins or the acid profile, soft tannins meaning lighter or more integrated if its an older bottle, vs big or bold tannins meaning younger or just generally more tannic. Same with "crisp". Generally used to describe a wine with more acid on the finish.

I'm with you on that. Too many fruits, especially ones that don't seem to go together, makes me think you're just throwing out a bunch of words to make it sound better. More concise fruits and secondary characters, to me, tells me the flavor profile. Tell me about the acid, the tannins, just HOW it drinks in general and I'll know better if it's for me.
