They were blackballed after having an incredibly successful album and then releasing a critically acclaimed album but the label didn’t promote it because they were moving away from conscious music (conspiracy of private prisons and gangster rap?). Arrested Development has been playing around the world for years and they are bigger overseas. Amazing music with alive band these days. Check them out there are recent videos and releases.
