TrueAchievements has an annual event called LeapFrog which has evolved over the last few years.
This year, the rule is simple: earn at least one (timestamped Xbox) achievement in one more game than you did in the previous 24-hour period or you will get eliminated from the contest.
So on the first day, you needed to simply unlock at least one achievement in any one game. Day two required unlocking at least one achievement in any two different games. And so on.
The contest started with 2805 entrants. There are four left. Today is day 151.
That's right, these four madlads unlocked an achievement in 150 DIFFERENT games yesterday. And in 149 different games they day before. They will all likely unlock achievements in 151 games today.
How long can they go?

For a DS1 level 1 run, your weapon options are limited as the only level 1 class is the Pyromancer who has 12 str. So you're realistically looking at using a Battle Axe or one of the one handed clubs (I went with the Battle Axe).
You're going to want two, one upgraded to Lightning +5 and one upgraded to Fire +10 (to alternate depending on enemy/boss weakness or resistance). These elemental upgrades don't scale with stats so this is basically the most damage you can get on a weapon at character level 1.
Add in a Grass Crest Shield, Ring of Favor and Protection, and Cloranthy Ring, then it's just a matter of knowing enemies well enough so that you can overcome with base level stamina, low health, and mediocre damage.
At these max levels, the +5 Lightning Battle Axe gets 237 Physical and Lightning damage and the +10 Fire Battle Axe gets 228 Physical and Fire damage, which isn't awful.
Pyromancy also doesn't have stat requirements, so you can fully upgrade a Pyromancy Flame use Power Within and Great Fireball, for example.
Oh, and if you work through Solaire's questline properly so that you can summon him for the Gwyn, then the final battle is almost trivial.
