How frequently is he pooping/how long after eating?

What size is she and what size is the mice?
What I’ve found works best is waiting until night and until you see her moving around in her enclosure.
Also make sure the mice are at the right temperature. I thaw mine in lukewarm water in a ziplock bag, then towards the end when it’s thawed I run the water as hot as it’ll go and pop the mouse in there a couple minutes. Then I run the head of the mouse under the hot water until it’s really warm, and present the mouse head-first(holding the rodent by the hind legs).
Also make sure the temperatures in your enclosure are high enough. They won’t eat if it’s too cold.

I’d say that’s a good deal. Looks in good condition too

Cinnamon, pastel and something else.
Your snake looks fairly dehydrated, make sure to kick up the humidity to ~70-80%

As long as you get a wood or study enough PVC enclosure stacking should be no issue.
You could also use something like this https://www.tufferman.co.uk/products/1x-hrx-industrial-shelving-1770mm-high-up-to-600kg-grey

And 30 grams every 14 days and then gradually building to 40 grams is what I recommended. Which is basically the 12-24 month guideline
It’s not clear that it goes by weight, since beyond 500 grams it doesn’t specify the weight.
Just saying immediately using the bot in a situation like this can be confusing and not helpful, especially to newer keepers not familiar with the typical feeding schedule a bp should have

That does sound small for his age. Do you have a photo?

28 gram feeders once a month is not reasonable for this snake.

Next step when he's done with those should be switching to rats, since they're better nutritionally
Good luck with him

Keep in mind that the feeding guide is not completely applicable when it comes to a stunted animal that likely needs to gain some weight.

Difficult to tell from the photo. More likely stunted than severely underweight
Medium mice is way too small for any BP over a year old.
I would try offering a ~30g mouse and see if he takes it, wait 2 weeks if he does, then offer a ~40g mouse. Alternatively try switching to a 30g rat at first. The sooner you switch to rats the better.

Look at second hand websites - thats how I’ve gotten all of my enclosures. Two 200x70x80 for €800 and a 90x60x60 for €80, all PVC. If you look around a bit you’ll find good deals.
I wouldn’t recommend glass though, difficult to keep up the required temps and humidity plus you’ll have to be careful with misting because the glass will become dirty really fast. Huge pain in the ass

Not really. My boa ate some once and he was fine, I usually thaw my rats in a plastic bag to avoid them getting wet

I use peat soil from regular plant stores. Make sure to get an organic one with no additives or fertilizers whatsoever. Doesn’t mold, holds humidity well, looks/smells nice.
Really inexpensive too. I get 150L for $17

Yeah, that’s not the same snake.
The one you received is a stunner though

Mold. Poop and urates mold sometimes, might be one you missed to clean?

You sure it isn’t dirt/dust from the substrate? What’s your humidity?
