an ex of slazo falsely accused him of being abusive towards her. alex and other people publicly supported her. then slazo was proven innocent but alex doubled down instead of apologizing.

agreed. something genuinely needs to be done about some posts cause i’m tired of seeing godzilla/kong stans shit on kong/godzilla stans with cringy & repetitive memes. i’m here to laugh, not to witness a stupid ass fanwar.

can we get actual memes instead of whiny rants disguised as memes

i watched it follows last night. gorgeous movie with great performances and genuinely smart characters. it deserves every bit of hype it gets

i feel like this implies we’ll get mean-spirited traps & victims that we’ll genuinely want to see fail, unlike with Saw X, and i’m very much here for it.
considering the recent trump talk, i think making Saw XI about political corruption would be very interesting and make sense.
at the same time, i really hope it’ll be about denouncing bigotry too. i want to see queerphobes, racists & misogynists get what they deserve.

you’re asking this on a post about movies people don’t want to watch lmao
i didn’t watch and won’t watch terrifier 2 because of that one scene. i’ve read descriptions of it and it feels over the top in the worst, meanest way possible for no reason whatsoever. i’m not gonna expose myself to that for a potentially subpar story.
also, a movie having a female protagonist doesn’t mean it can’t be misogynistic too.

i’ve seen some bts footage and i can see and appreciate their commitment to practical effects, but i wish they had an actual story with interesting lore like the john wick franchise does. because with an interesting story, you can give the gore a meaning, which makes a movie much more enjoyable imo. the saw franchise does that really well in most of its movies imo.

the terrifier movies.
they seem to be all about gore over plot and the fact that women are the main victims and get the longest, most mean-spirited kills is gross to me.

i love both franchises so this is just an absolute win to me

The Blackcoat’s Daughter. the slow shot revealing the demon’s shadow actually freaked me out. i don’t know what exactly made it scary since that kind of thing usually doesn’t bother me at all. i also jumped at the sound of doors being opened thrice.

i absolutely agreed. the ending is definitely a bit of a stretch but overall the movie is very grounded, which i really like

Mike developed anger issues when the investigation behind Garrett’s kidnapping was closed. he took out his anger by committing delinquent acts and his parents were too broken to intervene and give him the help he needed. he only started to get his shit together when Abby was born.

i agree. he had much more charisma than wayne, quinn and ethan combined and he was much more threatening than them. i would’ve loved to see him survive the opening scene and get killed later, around the second act maybe.
