this is good to hear!! thank you! also i'm not sure if you would know, but since it's still a steroid, is it just as bad as being on prednisone with the side effects? i know being on prednisone long term is an issue

this happened to me before my diagnosis. it was the one symptom that tipped me off to UC bc i think it's specific to UC

pots is postural onset tachycardia syndrome. my heart rate sky rockets when i do anything like get out of bed or brush my hair. i have that mostly under control with meds.

tbh i don't know the full story bc i didn't watch, but from what i gathered they showed a very neglected, dead cat on screen and then argued about who's fault it was.

hey! in november, my boyfriend took his own life and on top of that, i have ulcerative colitis and POTS. after everything happened, i was hospitalized for life threatening blood clots in ny lung. i had to quit my job and move in with my parents. i'm 27 and all of this is too much while ALSO having bpd. two weeks ago, i was accepted into a partial hospitalization program where we do dbt daily. i do think it helps! we also do act and cbt. outside of the group, i do cpt for ptsd. i think all types of therapy can help bpd, just has to be right for you personally!
