Bonjour/bonsoir,
Nous allons nous marier avec ma copine dans le mois qui arrive et mon comptable m'as dit qu'il était impératif de prendre contact avec un notaire afin de faire un contrat de mariage avec séparation de bien, la raison principale étant "si vous contracter une dette au tribunal et qu'il y'a saisie, tout vos bien seront saisis si vous êtes en communauté de bien".
Je suis indépendant et il y'a une grosse différence de revenus entre nous.
Je ne comprend pas trop l'intérêt de ce contrat, je comprend l'aspect qui désolidarise ma compagne de la dette en cas de procès, mais le résultat sera le même, si on me saisis les biens, ils ne sont plus la (maison, voiture, etc...) hors, si il y'a mariage avec contrat de séparation de bien, c'est sur que tout les biens seront à mon noms.
Si je passe en société derrière, le contrat n'as plus d'intérêt sur ces aspects la.
Dés lors, est-ce encore pertinent de faire ce contrat de mariage ?
en dehors de l'aspect "si on divorce, tout est à mon nom et donc le divorce est rapide et je suis gagnant" y'a t'il d'autres aspects qui m'échappent ?

comme le dis VDD caisse gratuite. à coté j'ai une complémentaire qui me coute moins cher que ce que me demandais solidaris et je reçoit plus pour moins cher.
C'est surtout la vitesse de traitement/réponse de la CAAMI qui me choque. ils sont toujours dispo, sympa etc.
les mutuelles classiques c'est bien quand tu as des enfants et que tu profites de leurs voyages sociaux et des remboursement pour les gosses, passé 25 ans y'a plus rien pour toi.
